I purchased this class as a birthday gift for my husband. Chef Amalia was great! She was extremely knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable. Would absolutely take another class here. Food was delicious!

Amalia is a great teacher and was very sweet and generous with our questions and conversation. It was an informative and relaxing experience and the food turned out so good! I highly recommend Amalia and her class if you’d like to have a fun social activity that is more chill and wholesome.

Chef Amalia was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her. She was not only incredibly patient but also took the time to walk us through each step of the cooking class with such warmth and clarity. It felt like cooking with a close friend who just happens to be an expert chef! Her guidance made the entire experience so enjoyable and engaging.
What truly stood out were her fantastic suggestions for substituting ingredients, making it easy for us to recreate the delicious meal at home. We have since made chicken dumplings using the techniques we learned during the class. And let's talk about that lemon-flavored caramel – it was a revelation! Learning how to make it was definitely a highlight of the class for me.
I'm already looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Amalia. Her expertise, passion, and delightful personality truly make her classes a must-do experience!

The rice was undercooked. Several groups agreed. A date night event for 2 was not intimate since the set-up was for 4 people. There should have been individual (per group) cups for soy and wasabi. Chef, coffee station, and location were excellent.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!
