Amazing class!! I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to make different flatbreads to incorporate into their lives! Chef Sawsan gave so many great tips about baking! Chef was so thorough and this class allowed for all types of hands on opportunities. Also, got to see all the behind the scenes of the kitchen and how chef's bake on a mass scale! The food tasted amazing, with the best part that it was all vegan! I really loved this experience!!

We took the Thai cooking class with Chef Shailini and it was incredible!! The food was beyond delicious, we were still thinking about it days later! We highly recommend this class to anyone who loves to cook, loves delicious food or wants to try something new! Great for date night or with a group of friends! My Cozymeal cooking class was a big hit. There were eight of us and we opted for the Greek cooking class with Chef Shailini. What a great time, the food was amazing and the best part is that everyone helped cook it, even those of us who were not cooking savvy. The Chef made us all feel welcomed in her kitchen, she was a great host. Come hungry, thereвЂ™s a lot of food. Looking forward to trying the recipes at home.

Loved this class!! The atmosphere was relaxed, the recipes well thought out and delicious, the preparation she did was perfect - allowing us to do just the right amount of work. Then, the best part was getting to enjoy the fruits of your labor by sitting down with the other guests and Shailini. She is pro at teaching, cooking, and hosting. A trifecta of cooking class success!

We took this class as a couple and had an amazing time! Chef Antonio provides an authentic experience while keeping class manageable and fun! The food he prepared for us as we cooked was fantastic and the BYOB option kept things relaxed! His kitchen was cozy and clean and he provided clear instructions for us to follow for low experienced cooks like myself. Highly recommend this class for any date night or a friendly get-together!

We had such an incredible experience with Chef Shailini from start to finish! She was extremely accommodating and was very flexible working with me to schedule a time on the day of my wife's birthday. The food was spectacular as was her instruction. We will be using her recipes for years to come. She shared many wonderful and engaging stories about her experience as a chef and about the origins of Indian cuisine. We had so much fun taking Chef LisaвЂ™s macaron class! We found parking easily, weвЂ™re greeted and attended to right away, and went over our experience and questions before jumping in to cooking. Once started, all the ingredients were ready to go and she helped us with step by step instructions while providing her own tips along the way! She made the time together enjoyable with her witty sense of humor and had us splitting out tasks to get everything accomplished in the time we had together. We left with a ton of delicious cookies and were surprised WE made them ourselves! Had a blast and would recommend!

Cooking with Chef Melissa was so fun! We did a private event with my two adult children and their friends as a family Christmas present. Chef Melissa was good at explaining how to do thingsвЂ¦I actually was able to fold good looking potstickers! But even better was her personality, she is a lovely caring person and made the entire night enjoyable.

Gifted this experience to my boyfriend! We are both foodies and enjoy Asian cuisine and this class was a wonderful time! Our favorite creations during the class were the momo and the dessert, but everything was delicious and we left with very full bellies! Chef Shailini created a very open environment for all skill levels and was incredibly welcoming and friendly!

I did not know what to expect especially being in a group with other people. Chef Shailini made everyone comfortable and gave everyone the opportunity to participate at their comfort level I would recommend this class and would be interested in trying other classes. Overall a great experience!

I had the pleasure of meeting and cooking with Chef Shailini. The menu and suggestions for drink were sent ahead of time. Chef Shailini took us step by step on how to make the dishes and introduced the class to the aromatic South Asian spices-- most importantly she suggested where and what brands to buy for the best result. For myself with Middle Eastern background , some of the aroma and the similarities of the dishes brought back sweet childhood memories of my mother land. The menu was chuck full of delicious food. The richness and variety of food was a treat for the senses. Cheft Shailini told many good stories about the ingredients, the food and the culture which further enhanced the experience. After satisfying the palate with food and desert, we ended the night with Indian dance that Chef Shailini led. Thank you Chef Shailini, I enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it to others.

This was our first cooking class ever and enjoyed it a ton. Chef Lisa made the process fun and not just us following recipe instructions. She explained why were were doing everything and answered any cooking/baking questions we had and of course the stuff we baked turned out as tasty as it sounded. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes baking, whether you're a newbie or just looking to learn how to make something new

Chef Sha was amazing! We had a great time cooking with her and we learned so much. She also loved learning about us and the group of people we were with. She made it feel like a very warm, welcoming space and it was so much fun! Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious. We didnвЂ™t know what to expect as weвЂ™ve never done a cooking class or made pasta from scratch beforeвЂ¦ What an awesome and fun experience! Chef Antonio was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He educated us on the roots and history of the pasta we were making - and everything we learned can now be translated into making this on our own in our own homes! MelissaвЂ™s dumpling class exceeded our expectations! We had such a great time, the food was delicious, and Melissa is so sweet. The class was set up perfectly. We appreciated all the cooking tips, the fresh organic ingredients, and MelissaвЂ™s insight into the food and culture surrounding the food. Also, the class was BYOB and prior to the class Melissa went out of her way to give us some thoughtful recommendations. We went with her favorite Japanese beer which was so delicious I will continue to buy it. We left feeling like we could replicate our own dumplings at home and are excited to do so. She is a great chef, teacher, and person. And a plus - we got to take extra dumplings home which we devoured immediately! Thank you to Chef Melissa.

Chef Shailini is a wonderful host and chef! The dishes she taught us were wonderful. The structure of the class was great and each course was better than the last. Chef Antonio was awesome!! He explained the history behind pizza as well as being very thorough in his teaching. The pizza was incredible and so were the apps and dessert. Got this as a gift for my husband and we both enjoyed it very much. Hope to book another class with him soon!
