My friend and I attended class with Chef Lisa and had such a lovely time! We learned lots of new skills in the kitchen and made delicious savoury and sweet hand pies! The class was entirely gluten and dairy free and I would recommend to anyone, allergen-free or not!

We had so much fun taking Chef Lisaâ€™s macaron class! We found parking easily, weâ€™re greeted and attended to right away, and went over our experience and questions before jumping in to cooking. Once started, all the ingredients were ready to go and she helped us with step by step instructions while providing her own tips along the way! She made the time together enjoyable with her witty sense of humor and had us splitting out tasks to get everything accomplished in the time we had together. We left with a ton of delicious cookies and were surprised WE made them ourselves! Had a blast and would recommend!

Chef Sawsan was great! She made us feel very comfortable, we learned a lot about cooking with Phyllo, and ate some delicious food! Also a plus: the B&B where she hosts the class was very charming and in a cute beach town! We would highly recommend Chef Sawsan.

The chef Patrick was not the chef. The entire thing was very disorganized and unprofessional.There was not enough dough for everyone and the teacher did not know what she was doing. The croissants did not come out at all like croissants! False advertising!

It was SOOOOO amazing! Immediately, Chef Lisa makes you feel so comfortable and confident, even if you don't have much baking experience. You learn the science behind cooking, how to make three delicious recipes, and develop new skills. I went with my boyfriend, and we both agreed that it was one of the most fun dates we have ever been on. Take this class for sure!!!

My wife and I recently attended the "Gluten-Free French Pastries" class with Chef Lisa, and it was a truly exceptional experience! I cannot recommend this classâ€”and Chef Lisaâ€”highly enough. Chef Lisa is an incredible instructor who is both patient and extremely knowledgeable. She is very personable and created a welcoming environment for the class. What sets her apart is how she shares her past experiences as a pastry chef, weaving in the fascinating history and the actual science behind the pastries we were making. It made the process so much more engaging than just following a recipe. As for the pastries themselves, every single one we made was exceptional. If you are looking for a top-tier baking class, look no further. I would gladly take any other class Chef Lisa teaches!

We had a great time in Chef Ritaâ€™s Macaron making class and learned so much! Who knew that making these four-ingredient cookies would include such an involved process. The class was less about the actual recipe and more about learning baking techniques, proper process, creating the right dough consistency, and proper cookie handling & filling. The class was so interesting and Chef Rita made it fun along the way. The result was a perfect macaron that was truly delicious. I highly recommend! Thank you Chef Rita!

We took a class on a highly technical baking project, French macarons with Chef Lisa. It is hard to overstate what a great experience this was! Chef is part instructor, part motivator, and part scientist. She didn't just talk at us, but made sure that we were hands-on doing the work the whole time, and this gave me great confidence that I truly *can* do what we learned after the fact! She always made sure to give the feedback that we can (and are) going in the right direction, which is important. She was also super knowledgeable about the science behind the food, and gave all the details, and was able to answer any question we thought of. Being able to pick the brain of a real chef is a super useful aspect of the whole experience. I also want to say that you could tell from the little things that weren't listed in the course description that she has a passion for hospitality, and making sure her guests have a good time. 100% you will not regret one second of time spent in her classes!

My husband and I had such a fantastic time with Chef Lisa learning to make hand pies! We both were pretty nervous about working with a hot water pastry crust since neither of us are very skilled bakers, but Lisa made it so accessible and easy! We had such a great time, our hand pies came out delicious, and we came home with a bunch more to freeze and bake later. Would highly recommend Chef Lisaâ€™s class!

Chef Sawsan was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She gave us great guidance while letting us do virtually all the work (save for cutting, which makes sense). Food was awesome and I'll definitely be using Phyllo at home now. She also treated us to some samples from her restaurant. Only recommendation is a sign on the front door saying that's where the class is. We would've been lost if she didn't catch us outside right when we walked up!

Chef Lisa was a terrific instructor. She was warm, inviting, and patient. She imparted her wealth of knowledge in ways that were readily understandable and digestible. My 11yo daughter felt engaged the entire time (and class ran longer than anticipated - in a good way). The output of the lesson were utterly delicious macarons and macaroons. We canâ€™t wait to bake our own at home. I would t hesitate to take another class with Chef Lisa!!!

We signed up for a Macaron & Macaroon cooking class, and had a blast. Chef Lisa, taught us the art of making them, as well as the science behind it. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and made the class as great as it was. The class was 3 hours long, but went by so fast because we were constantly baking, laughing and taste testing our work along the way. We are not much of bakers but after this class we have the confidence to try and make them on our own. I would highly recommend taking a cooking class with Chef Lisa. We will defiantly be looking to take more of Chef Lisa's classes in the future!
