I took this class with my sisters and Neice and we had the BEST time! Chef Cat is extremely informative and we felt relaxed and comfortable doing things that were new to us! The class was so fun and chef Catalina explained everything so simply and was great about thoughtfully answering any questions we had. She was very warm and inviting and the food ended up being amazing. aWe definitely plan on coming back with friends for her other classes.

This was a great class. Chef Catalina explained things clearly and she also gave options for alternative ways to prepare the meal. We made the pasta from scratch - that was fun! The pasta sauce was simple yet so very tasty. The fried vegetables were crisp and airy dipped in a yummy aioli sauce we made. The arugula salad was lightly coated in the balsamic vinaigrette. Finally, the tiramisu was the best I have had. Everything was delicious. I will be taking more classes from Chef Catalina.

Our team had a blast at Chef Karen's culinary team-building dinner! From start to finish, she made the evening fun and memorable for all 22 of us. Planning was a breeze thanks to Chef Karen. We really enjoyed the Spanish cooking session. The explanations of the techniques and tools used and details of which ingredients to use to result in masterful elements were interesting and presented well. The tastes were fabulous and the spacious organized kitchen made a great time. I'm inspired to step up my game in the kitchen and paella etc will be on my list. Chef Karen was absolutely spectacular. She accommodated our special request for the date of our cooking class and did wonderfully with me, my wife, and our two little kids (4 & 6 years old) -- she even planned a little surprise for my wife birthday! This was the second class I have enjoyed with a teenage grandson in Chef Catalina's kitchen. She is very well organized and a good teacher. Her kitchen is well-suited to groups up to 10. Everyone participates in preparing the meal which we then eat together. It's a fun experience and the food is delicious.
