I took this class with my sisters and Neice and we had the BEST time! Chef Cat is extremely informative and we felt relaxed and comfortable doing things that were new to us! We are so excited to take all we learned and apply it to family dinners and holidays in the future! We also canвЂ™t wait to see Chrf Cat again; we WILL be return customers! The class was so fun and chef Catalina explained everything so simply and was great about thoughtfully answering any questions we had. She was very warm and inviting and the food ended up being amazing. aWe definitely plan on coming back with friends for her other classes.

This was a great class. Chef Catalina explained things clearly and she also gave options for alternative ways to prepare the meal. We made the pasta from scratch - that was fun! The pasta sauce was simple yet so very tasty. The fried vegetables were crisp and airy dipped in a yummy aioli sauce we made. The arugula salad was lightly coated in the balsamic vinaigrette. Finally, the tiramisu was the best I have had. Everything was delicious. I will be taking more classes from Chef Catalina.

Our team had a blast at Chef Karen's culinary team-building dinner! From start to finish, she made the evening fun and memorable for all 22 of us. Planning was a breeze thanks to Chef Karen. She nailed down all the details, considering everyone's dietary needs and preferences. Her communication was excellent, keeping us in the loop and making us feel involved. The dinner itself was a tasty adventure! Chef Karen created a menu that was both creative and easy to follow, so everyone could join in, no matter their cooking skills. Each dish looked and tasted amazing, showing her talent and love for food. What really stood out was how she brought us together as a team. With interactive cooking stations and group tasks, we learned to collaborate and support one another, making the whole experience fun and engaging. Overall, the evening was perfectly executed. Chef Karen's warmth and culinary skills created a welcoming atmosphere. We left feeling full and connected as a team. In short, Chef Karen's event was a huge hit! Chef Catalina had a well thought out system of demonstrating simply while incorporating guest help to give a hands on experience. Everything seamlessly happened right on time and everyone was supported and made to feel at home. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Chef Karen was so fun and informative during our pizza making class. She brought joy into the kitchen and was very patient in guiding four people working on four separate tasks all at once. The three sauces we made from scratch were delicious and all worked so well together.

Chef Karen was absolutely spectacular. She accommodated our special request for the date of our cooking class and did wonderfully with me, my wife, and our two little kids (4 & 6 years old) -- she even planned a little surprise for my wife birthday! The food was amazing, everyone was involved in the cooking, and it was such an enjoyable evening. Chef Karen is a such a warm hearted person and fully recommend her for your next cooking class!

This was the second class I have enjoyed with a teenage grandson in Chef Catalina's kitchen. She is very well organized and a good teacher. Her kitchen is well-suited to groups up to 10. Everyone participates in preparing the meal which we then eat together. It's a fun experience and the food is delicious.

Catalina is an amazing hostess. So pleasant and a great teacher. Her home and kitchen is kept so neat and tidy. My first class with her was a date night. My second time included my 16 year old son. Both experiences was amazing, and both times I left with a full belly! The 3 of us will be returning another class in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend Catalina.

My partner and I found Chef Catalina's class for Thai and neither of us has ever cooked Thai. We both are somewhat experienced cooks in other kinds of food, so we had a lot of fun learning what all goes into Thai cooking. Chef Catalina makes it easy to follow along, and the food was amazing. Plus, we had a ton of leftovers.

Very fun class! I love cooking and wanted to learn more recipes or kinds of meals to makeвЂ”and this class was worth trying. Thai Curry is a dish I love. I usually either make Japanese, or red and yellow Thai CurryвЂ”and was hoping to learn how to make green Thai Curry since IвЂ™ve never had or cooked it before. The green curry we made was deliciousвЂ”IвЂ™ll totally add it to my list of recipes to make for dinner :) The mango sticky rice was delicious too. Very rich and hearty dessert! Loved it! Thank you, Catalina for the lovely class. I will definitely sign up for another cooking class in the future :)

Our experience with Chef Catalina was incredible! We got to understand, sniff, and taste many of the unique ingredients in a Thai cuisine before they became part of our curry or pad thai. She is very friendly and accommodating, and clearly and well experienced chef. I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to have a welcoming, fun, and engaging cooking class experience!

Cooking with and learning from Cindy and David was an AMAZING experience! On top of being first-class cooks, they are super hosts who are a lot of fun to be with! The pizza class had us make four fantastic pies, all while chatting like we were with two old friends. CouldnвЂ™t recommend this highly enough - weвЂ™ll definitely be back for another class!

This hands down has to be one of the best dates I've ever had. I surprised my gf with this cooking class for our anniversary and we had a phenomenal time. Both Chef Cindy and Chef David were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything we made from the homemade pasta, to the veal & polenta was so good all we can do is lament on how delicious it was. The other two couples were friendly and honestly I think the groups help make the experience that much more enjoyable. Special thanks again to Chef Cindy for bringing out this special wine in celebration of our anniversary. Not only was the food great, but also the two chefs including all the wonderful conversation around the table. Thank you again, we'll back because this is all she keeps talking about!

We really enjoyed the seasonal soups class. We made three wonderful soups; chicken and wild rice, minestrone and butternut squash with sage as well as an apple tart. We had a comfortable, entertaining, interactive, and informative evening with an interesting Chef couple. I got some helpful cooking tips related to a variety of dishes, not just the ones we made.

David and Cindy were awesome hosts and gracious in welcoming us into their home. They had plenty of cooking technique tips-and-tricks to add to my culinary repertoire! The paella turned out fantastic, the home made caesar dressing for the Kale salad was the best I've ever had, and the espresso truffles were delicious. I highly recommend paying them a visit for a class!
