We had such an amazing time learning how to make pasta. Itâ€™s only been a day and my husband wonâ€™t stop talking about wanting to recreate the menuâ€”which we are planning on doing tomorrow already. Not only would I recommend the House of Gucci experience but weâ€™re looking into other classes this duo offers.

We signed up for the â€œThe Bearâ€ cooking class for a date night, weâ€™re big fans of the show and figured, why not cook like it? Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were great, super easy to talk to, really down to earth, and made the whole thing feel comfortable. We had some really good conversations with them about their cooking backgrounds, what food means to them, and even got some cool travel tips for their home countries, Peru and Japan. The whole night just felt really warm and inviting just like hanging out with friends who just happen to be amazing chefs. The class was a four course meal, and honestly everything we made was great, but the two that really stood out were Sydneyâ€™s omelette with the potato chips on top and the risotto. That omelette was such a clever idea, and weâ€™ve already said weâ€™re making it again at home. It was quite easy and I may be investing in a new kitchen gadget for the house, a Japanese tamago pan! And the risottoâ€™s something Iâ€™ve always avoided because it seemed like such a hassle, but the way they taught it made it feel totally doable, Iâ€™m actually excited to try it again. It was far less daunting than I thought. The after dinner, we got to play with Agar Agar to make some cool dessert pearls to top our ice cream with, we felt like a mix of a scientist and chef. What I appreciated most was how approachable it all was. The food looked and tasted like something from a nice restaurant, but nothing about it felt overcomplicated or intimidating. Nothing was too greasy or overly processed, just nice clean ingredients that made for tasty dishes. Iâ€™ve done other classes before where itâ€™s rushed and overly fancy and you walk out thinking, â€œWellâ€¦ not doing that again.â€ This was completely different, they showed us how to make impressive dishes that actually feel possible to recreate at home. And the little tips and tricks they shared really stuck with me, especially the tip about scoring mushrooms (we felt like pros) and not washing the flavor off before cooking. You get to cook and eat a full four-course meal, learn from two super talented chefs, and walk away with a fun memory youâ€™ll actually want to tell people about. If youâ€™re looking for a fun, cozy date night or just want to pick up some new cooking skills without feeling overwhelmed, I definitely recommend booking with Chef Vivian and Michi. It was relaxed, memorable, and just a really good time. Weâ€™ll definitely be back for another class.

Vivian and Michi were amazing! We had a great experience tonight making ramen from scratch. They were both professional in knowledge and very welcoming and friendly. They showed us in clear easy instructions how to make each items and the steps involved. They had answered all our questions and gave advice on how to change the dishes when making at home for new taste. I feel confident with their recipe and instructions, I can now take this home and share with friends.

We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Chef Vivi and Michi are some of the most kindest and patient people Iâ€™ve ever met. I originally booked the kids sushi class as a gift for my daughterâ€™s birthday and my husband also booked the ramen class for our anniversary. The ramen class was first and it was such a great experience. It was much easier than expected and everything was simply delicious. I definitely feel like I could go home and make my own ramen one day

Chef Ricky was absolutely amazing! You could tell right away that he was not only very experienced, but extremely knowledgeable about not just sushi, but lots of other food. He set a great atmosphere with music, and a food station set up like you would see in sushi bars, so you did everything that they would do. The rolls came out delicious thanks to his guidance and fresh ingredients! We would definitely take other classes from him.

Chef Ricky was incredible and surpassed all of our expectations! We have done two classes with him now: both times the food was exquisite, and the information he delivered about food was so fun! Me partner and I made homemade Ramen with this wonderful chef duo in their lovely home. It was a uniquely fantastic experience and my partner and I have both chefs undivided attention in learning how to craft a delicious and simple Ramen. Then as the cooking comes to and end you shit down and get to eat the fruits of your labor. It was a great experience and we canâ€™t wait to come back for Chicken Katsu Curry if you add it. We will definitely be on the lookout for other classes they offer! You guys should definitely book a class with Vivian and Michi!

Chef Ricky is super knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. Literally I felt like I was learning so much I had to take photos and movies to help remember it all. He has a great teaching demeanor and was patient with our questions The course is well organized and the location ( although I wish it was closer to st Pete) was very conducive to participating. We utilized many of his tools and had room to circulate allowing a true hands on experience We left with our stomachs full and our palates better trained to truly appreciate good sushi Highly recommend Herb James

The class we took was focused on making ramen from scratch. It was such an amazing experience! The instructors were super welcoming and made the class feel like a gathering of friends. We learned all about the culture of ramen while getting hands-on with the ingredients and making our own noodles. The meal we prepared together was absolutely delicious, and the conversation was just as exciting. I can't recommend these chefs enough, a solid 10/10 & we will be back! ?

I cannot say enough about how fabulous of an experience this was! This was our second experience with Chef Ricky. We hoped it would be an equally exceptional experience. To our surprise, this time far exceeded the previous adventure. Chef Ricky is a great source of information on each technique, the history of each, and how to make a great presentation. But most of all, the food is AMAZING! I have never experienced anything like it. 100 stars!!!

What a spectacular evening. Chef Ricky is a professional chef AND teaches his craft to others. He does these classes in his home, which a kitchen to die for! I had no idea what this type of cooking entailed, which was the purpose of my attendance. The menu was definitely gourmet while fairly easy to prepare, because Chef had already arranged all the ingredients and spices in our space. I would definitely attend another class with Chef Ricky in a New York minute! The other guests were fun to cook with too.

From the second I walked through the door Chefs Vivian and Michi were so warm and welcoming. I donâ€™t think we stopped talking the entire class besides when we stopped to eat the delicious sushi we made.
