We made a great ginger salad, authentic A5 Wagyu (important from Japan), and a strawberry sorbet. Chef Ricky was amazing! We would definitely come back to another class he does. His kitchen was very nice and had all the toys we needed, or wanted!

For Motherâ€™s Day this year, I bought two seats for a class with Chef Ricky. This was our first time ever doing a cooking class together and we did the Japanese A5 Wagyu lesson. We cooked an incredible steak- having the opportunity to eat A5 Japanese Wagyu is rare, and we were so grateful for the opportunity. Chef Ricky was so much fun to work with- I have a deep passion for Japan and he very clearly does as well, so it was really enjoyable to hear about his experiences with the culture and country- especially the food experiences! Cannot wait to try out his other classes in the future! Such a treat!

Chef Ricky was incredible! This was a gift for my wife's birthday and we had such an incredible time. Chef helped us put together a delicious A5 Wagyu full course meal. Aside from the great food, he is a great story teller and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend this experience for a special night and we look forward to booking with him again soon and bringing some friends along.

Chef Ricky was amazing! His class was incredibly interesting for myself and my 12 year old son. I'd recommend this class (or any other that he teaches) to anyone who's curious about the techniques, history, or professional approach to handling the best foods in the world. My son has been bubbling since we left, asking when we'll return - it'll be sooner than initially planned. It was an all-around glorious experience that I won't ever forget!

Chef Ricky was absolutely amazing! You could tell right away that he was not only very experienced, but extremely knowledgeable about not just sushi, but lots of other food. He set a great atmosphere with music, and a food station set up like you would see in sushi bars, so you did everything that they would do. The rolls came out delicious thanks to his guidance and fresh ingredients! We would definitely take other classes from him.

Booked this for my husband and I as a late valentines day gift. We cooked French Onion Soup, Grilled Prime NY Strip, Potatoes au Gratin, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and CrÃ¨me BrÃ»lÃ©e. Chef Ricky had our stations all set up with everything we needed. I liked that Chef Ricky's style is simple techniques that you can easily do at home. He made is easy to create these dishes and they all come out on time in a simple way that is not chaotic. Also, just had so much fun at the class.

We had such a great time at Chef Rickyâ€™s french class! The food was incredible and we got to take home leftovers. He was very patient, knowledgeable of the history, and fun to learn from. We would love to go back and take another class with him!
