We had an amazing time in our Italian cooking class with Vivian and Michi! Vivian was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the experience fun and engaging. We learned great tips, made pasta from scratch, and felt confident enough to try it at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone had a blast. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

What a truly wonderful experience my husband and I had cooking with Chef Ricky. He was professional, personable, and beyond knowledgeable. It was so fun & we learned so much. We are already talking about taking another class with him. We had experience with sous vide, but we still learned a lot and the menu was phenomenal. Don't think about it..just book it, now!

What a spectacular evening. Chef Ricky is a professional chef AND teaches his craft to others. He does these classes in his home, which a kitchen to die for! I had no idea what this type of cooking entailed, which was the purpose of my attendance. The menu was definitely gourmet while fairly easy to prepare, because Chef had already arranged all the ingredients and spices in our space. I would definitely attend another class with Chef Ricky in a New York minute! The other guests were fun to cook with too.

From the second I walked through the door Chefs Vivian and Michi were so warm and welcoming. I donвЂ™t think we stopped talking the entire class besides when we stopped to eat the delicious sushi we made. Vivian and Michi are so sweet and so knowledgeable, we couldnвЂ™t have asked for better teachers! I booked the secrets of sushi class with my friend for a girls night and we had the best time! We will be back again!

Chef Vivian and Michi we're awesome!! They were not only excellent instructors but they were also very friendly. They traveled to our home for the class and were prepared with everything we needed, it could not have been easier. They made sure we were involved in the class for each step and that we were satisfied with our meals. They are truly talented, we would definitely recommend them for your next cooking class.

This was our first time using Cozymeal and what an exceptional experience it was. Chef Vivian and Michi were over the top amazing. They were very nice and helpful with everything. They taught us how to make great sushi rolls! Their instructions and fresh ingredients made it easy and simple to learn and follow along. The atmosphere was inviting, their home was very humble and quaint. The backyard offered an exquisite ambiance which was perfect for enjoying our incredible sushi menu. The whole experience was 5 star plus, thanks to 2 incredible and talented chefs. We are so glad we had this experience and look forward to doing it again! Highly recommended! A must-do for anyone!!!

I was not familiar with Sous VIde cooking. Chef Ricky made it all so easy! We made crГЁme brГ»lГ©e first. This took the longest time to cook in the water. Next we made the whole red snapper. THe amazing thing is that the snapper only took 45 minutes to cook in the Sous Vide machine. The whole experience was over the top! We made fresh cilantro rice to go with the snapper. This was definitely 5+ stars! Highly recommend Chef Ricky!

This experience surpassed my expectations! Chef Vivian and Michi are a sweet couple that welcomed us into their cozy home for a fun learning experience. Everything seemed a lot more simple than we imagined and boosted our confidence in art of sushi making. It was truly delicious and a great experience. We'll definitely do it again.

Chef Ricky was nothing short of Amazing! If I could give this class 6 stars, I would. My wife and I had an amazing experience making sushi for the first time. Chef Ricky was very informative and really kept the class entertaining from beginning to end. If this is your first cooking class, you definitely will not be disappointed. THIS REVIEW IS LONGGGGG OVERDUE!!!! (Which I sincerely apologize for Chef) The experience with Chef Ricky was one that I can't even put into words. The professionalism and expertise which Chef Ricky possesses was one of a kind. My boyfriend and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Although this was such a relatively new meal for the both of us, we felt like legit professionals!!! Chef Ricky was very detailed and thorough with the step by step directions. He helped me not feel as nervous as I initially was. Very welcoming spirit, and the kitchen was beautifuulllllllll. My boyfriend and I left extremely happy with the experience and highly recommend for any occasion. I would definitely book again in the future.

I learned a few tips along the way- especially how to make sure oil is ready when sauteing. The finished meal was delicious and I hope to make some of the items again. Chef Nadia went out of her way to make me a special dessert due to my dietary restrictions! Jill L

Chef Suying was great! She was welcoming and warm and had great tips for cooking. It was a fun experience overall; however, It was slightly awkward at first given it was in a home and not a workshop or restaurant. It would have been nice if it was because then we could have added some wine with our cooking experience, but without a liquor license, it's just cooking. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to more lessons in the future.

For our anniversary, my fiancГ© and I took a sushi class with Chef Seth. We went to his house and it had a great setup. He was very helpful, easy going, and a joy to learn from. I definitely recommend attending a class with Chef Corey whether or not you follow a vegan diet. His menu was absolutely delicious and he also made it a delightful evening teaching us various cooking techniques. I look forward to taking another class with him soon.

What a great experience. The evening was the right balance of a well versed and congenial chef; friends who are up for most anything and great food - Who doesn't like Cuban Cuisine? Chef Seth was perfect with his skill set and puting on his teaching hat and was the skillful entertaining animated Chef. Truly a "Top Shelf" experience. This is highly recommended (as attested to by me, the host and all my guests). You should do this!
