Vivian and Michi were amazing! We had a great experience tonight making ramen from scratch. They were both professional in knowledge and very welcoming and friendly. They showed us in clear easy instructions how to make each items and the steps involved. They had answered all our questions and gave advice on how to change the dishes when making at home for new taste. I feel confident with their recipe and instructions, I can now take this home and share with friends.

The class we took was focused on making ramen from scratch. It was such an amazing experience! The instructors were super welcoming and made the class feel like a gathering of friends. We learned all about the culture of ramen while getting hands-on with the ingredients and making our own noodles. The meal we prepared together was absolutely delicious, and the conversation was just as exciting. I can't recommend these chefs enough, a solid 10/10 & we will be back! ?

Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing and very professional! My wife is a Ramen fanatic and they were able to walk her through making Ramen from scratch with it tasting great!! Great tag team duo and just all around nice wholesome people! 10/10 would definitely recommend and plan on trying again

Chef Kathy was AMAZING. The recipe was so, so simple but the expertise she showed in handling and teaching handling the ingredients and combinations of flavors and textures was phenomenal. This was the most delicious food I've eaten in years, and we prepared it for cooking ourselves from scratch without any preservatives! Everything was fresh. I am so incredibly happy to have met Chef Kathy and will definitely attend another class in the future.

I definitely recommend attending a class with Chef Corey whether or not you follow a vegan diet. His menu was absolutely delicious and he also made it a delightful evening teaching us various cooking techniques. I look forward to taking another class with him soon.

2/25/25 My wife and I decided to take the ramen making class for our anniversary. I canвЂ™t express how thankful we are for discovering this fun and informative class . First I want to say chef Michi and Vivian are amazing hosts and chefs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. Very hands on and fun to participate in making the ramen noodles , the pork tenderloin and the onigiri. We finished up with a very delicious and refreshing shaved ice. The atmosphere was pleasant all around . They have made me more confident in trying things out for the first time . 5 stars isnвЂ™t enough to rate this overall experience. I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, exciting, and challenging activity making ramen from scratch. Thank you chef Michi and chef Vivian!

Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing! Welcoming and wonderful. They were accommodating to all dietary needs and ages. I brought my 15yr old niece and she is a vegetarian and they ensured we could both get what we wanted out of the experience. The food was delicious. I miss the ramen from the Pacific Northwest and this was the best ramen I have had since moving to Tampa. I would highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. The chefs were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very well organized. It was immediately apparent they love what they do and you could see they enjoyed watching the spark of learning in their "students" ignite. I would definitely recommend taking a lesson with them if you have the opportunity.

I participated in a cooking class hosted by a husband and wife chef duo. We crafted a delicious ramen together, and I was particularly impressed by the flavorful broth, tender pork, and perfectly cooked noodles. The dessert added a delightful twist to the experience. I highly recommend this experience! Michi and Vivi were delightful hosts and very experienced chefs. I haven't had this good of ramen since I was last in Kyoto, Japan! I booked this for my boyfriend's birthday and they even lit a candle and sang happy birthday to make this a very memorable birthday. We both loved it!

We enjoyed having Chef Vivian and Chef Michi teach my 7th grade daughter and her friends how to make ramen at our home. The girls had a a fun time, making something we all go to enjoy afterwards. It was also nice that there was no clean up for me since the chefs took care of that. Now we have a healthy, easy and fast ramen recipe we can make at home!

Our evening was FANTASTIC! Chefs Vivian and Michi are amazing and taught us so much - and we had a lot of fun. We can't wait to do another class with these chefs as they have a wide-range of cooking abilities and experience. From Japanese (like we had) to French to Italian and Argentinian! They were wonderful about catering to our inividual dietary practices (I'm a strict vegetarian), and just simply gave us a great experience overall. When I purhcased this class as a birthday gift for my "the-woman-who-has-everything" best friend, I had no idea what to expect. I can now say that what I expected didn't come near the adventure we actually had. Chefs Vivian and Michi went far and above the expected. Both my friend and I have future plans for these chefs and can't wait to get both family and friends involved next time!

Chef Michi and Chef Vivian were absolutely wonderful!!! We took this class as a family: 2 adults, a 12-year old, and a 13-year old, and it was perfect! The chefs had everything ready for our class when we got there ... they explained what we needed to do and then we did it! We loved that it was hands on and that they were there to guide and answer all our questions. The food was DELICIOUS! We enjoyed the class and the meal immensely!

A lot of creativity in the preparation of his dishes, plus a delicious blend of flavors and ingredients made the ChefвЂ™s Corey menu a delight to the palate. Started with an exquisite salad with vegetables, fruit and cheese, then I tried the chicken Cast Iron Chalupas with red and green sauce, a little spiced but melted in my mouth. Next was a vegan Tofu and rice dish, since I am not vegan it was tasty and finally the dessert, a banana cake with ice cream that never fails. I just add a coffee or glass of wine. Chef Corey Soberanis it is creative, organized, patience and clear, I highly recommend !!!
