The experience was so much fun! Chef Kathy has a bright personality and it shows in her menu. We brought some wine to enjoy while cooking which I recommend. As a home cook it was nice to learn some new recipes, innovative tips and techniques, and to learn to time the meal prep so everything comes out together. We will be trying a new menu next time but Chef Kathy has several menu selections so we are excited to work with her again!

We HIGHLY recommend taking a class with Vivian and Michi if you are considering it! We went as a birthday gift, and my partner loved the experience. Chef Vivian and Michi did a wonderful job making the experience very fun -- asking us questions, sharing stories of their experiences as chefs, and making recommendations for cooking other meals. The food was great, we brought wine to sip as we cooked, and we would definitely go back as a date night or family activity. 10/10 experience!

Vivian and Michi were fantastic hosts and great instructors with good chemistry that comes from years of working together. The duo were very knowledgeable, talkative, and they kept the cooking process moving forward.

We had a wonderful morning with Chef Kate learning to make croissants! She was an amazing instructor clearly explaing every step and had a sense of humor when we had mishaps lol! I learned so much about butter, yeast and the entire process. Then we each received 2 savory and 2 chocolate croissants to take home. Highly recommend you jump in and learn about the French art of the croissant!

Enjoyed the class and it was my first class. Renee is a great teacher, her communication with the group and on individual basis was excellent! I've enjoyed the hands on approach and she demonstrated those skills with finesse. The food was good quality and prep tools were good to use. I would have given a 5 star, however, I felt the size of the class was too large although I do understand the purpose of generating revenue from the class but it seemed to slow down the progress. I would have also liked to have completed the process of how to make the dessert from step 1 to finish. Would I attend another one, absolutely!! Is there a way you could design a class that is specific to what we want? For example, how to make pasta starting at scratch to preparing the dough to the end outcome? That is just merely an example.

Went with my mother and brother as a gift for mother's day for the "french essentials" class, was an extremely special experience. We absolutely loved it, was surprised by how generous they were with the portions despite the high-quality of the food. Vivian and Michi are lovely entertaining people and great chefs!

Chef Rhonda brought us a full flavored and quick recipes to prepare. Her passion for food and teaching it is contagious and make easier to learn to any level. With more than 20 years of experience in line cook, personal/private chef, caterer, food service director, chef Rhonda knows how to prepare and teach many types of cuisine. I was delighted with an extraordinary menu and traveled through the flavors of Spain with her Apple and Manchego tapas on grilled bread, had some of France with a Classic French Mussels, Asia with the Easy Beef Pho and Italy with the classic Spaghetti alla Carbonara. All of them were delicious. You will enjoy her classes and food. Highly recommend.

We were not notified the class was cancelled. In fact we received reminders and hour before to attend. They charged me multiple times and returned. I took vacation time for this class for nothing. Will never use again. Now multiple business days required to refund my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND
