Chef Justin was absolutely amazing. I booked this experience as a birthday gift for my husband, and it exceeded my hopes and expectations by far! The sushi was delicious, Justinâ€™s teaching and demonstrating was smooth and easy to understand, and Chef Justin himself was a wonderful mix of professional, sociable, and friendly. We had a wonderful experience with Chef Made Master. The five of us love to cook and we were very interested in learned new recipes. It was a hands-on inspirational opportunity in the cozy kitchen. The flavors, spices, and wonderful aroma from the dishes were amazing. Chef Made was excellent in explaining the ingredients & techniques and the finished dishes were delicious. Not only did we learn a lot and have a lovely meal, but Chef Made was very enjoyable to cook with. Everyone raved about how cool this class was and we highly recommend this experience with Chef Made.

We had an amazing meal and experience with Chef Justin. Chef Justin was very communicative prior to the experience. Chef Justin arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to get set up. We helped prepare and ate seafood salad, a few rolls (proteins: salmon, shrimp, crab, beef) and mochi ice cream (green tea, strawberry and vanilla). We learned so much and the meal was beyond delicious. Overall it was the best time and the food was so great we would recommend this to anyone. Thanks Chef Justin!

One of the most fun things Iâ€™ve ever done! My BF and I have been ravin about it for days. Justin was super helpful, hilarious, and made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and he went above and beyondâ€”chatting with us about anything, taking tons of pictures (so sweet!), and letting us get creative with handrolls + other rolls after making the main menu items. We were in a bit of a rush at the end, and somehow, he cleaned everything up in like 10 minutes. Highly recommend. We were also STUFFED and had leftovers.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Chef Shelley is not only a gifted chef but also a warm, engaging teacher. We did the class with my girlfriend, my son, and my 13-year-old daughter, and she made every step of the process fun, informative, and hands-on. She guided us through the prep, ingredients, and cooking techniques â€” but what really set this apart was how she explained the why behind each step. We learned what the â€œholy trinityâ€ is in Cajun cooking, why a pinch of sugar enhances tomato-based dishes, and why a splash of lemon juice is key when working with apples. Together, we cooked a delicious Cajun meal: classic salmon over maque choux (a Creole succotash), and excellent chicken Ã©touffÃ©e, and a perfectly spiced Southern-style apple crisp. Throughout, Chef Shelley shared amazing stories from her time cooking in New Orleans and New York City â€” plus insider commentary on restaurants (the best and ones to avoid), chefs, and food trends. It genuinely felt like she knows (and has cooked with) everyone in the food world â€” including being friends with members of The English Beat! Between dishes, she also treated us to samples of artisan hot sauces, barbecue sauces, spices, and even a caramel apple â€” all from brands she consults with or has helped develop. Her passion for the culinary arts and the specialty food world is infectious. Chef Shelley is a delightful host, a brilliant storyteller, and a deeply knowledgeable chef. We couldnâ€™t recommend her highly enough â€” truly one of the best experiences weâ€™ve had.

Chef Justin is warm and welcoming. We learned about the history of sushi but we also acquired the skills to make it ourselves. The class was exceptionally well-organized, with all the necessary ingredients and tools laid out neatly. Always a fun night with Chef Gustavo. Good conversation- he makes everyone feel like part of a family while we cook and eat together. This was our second meal with him. We would definitely book a third. We did three types of meat - they were so good. I was a skeptic when he only seasoned with salt, but wow just cooking over the flame added such flavor, salt was all you needed.

We were already good, long-time friends, but cooking together and eating what we cooked added something new and magical to our bond. Having Jordan as a chef was a blessing.
