What You’ll Do

Create your favorite French dishes from scratch and unlock a new set of cooking techniques.

Gain confidence in new culinary skills with this professional chef-led cooking class focused on French dishes. Master precision knife skills as you slice tuna and whisk together ginger, yuzu and cilantro before assembling a tower of mango, avocado and tuna tartare. Season and sear beef medallions while you reduce red wine for a rich sauce. Master the mandolin for thinly sliced potatoes then top with cheese and cream sauce for a beautiful baked gratin that is shockingly easy to make. For dessert, a rustic and delicious whole apple stuffed with frangipane.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
