Great date night! Chef Benoit was friendly, funny, and a fantastic chef. Our group cooked meal was fantastic to enjoy at the dining room table.

I planned this for Valentine’s Day and it was great. An intimate environment and a great way to meet people in the area. The food was great and the ingredients were fresh, I would highly recommend Chef Benoit.

Attending a cooking class at Chef Benoit's cozy home was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, he was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also warm and accommodating, making us feel at ease. The ambiance was perfect—romantic and jazzy, setting the tone for an intimate and engaging evening. Every dish we prepared was delicious, but the highlight for me was the Apple Tarte Tatin—absolutely divine! If you're looking for a hands-on culinary experience with a talented chef in a charming setting, this class is a must-- just bring your wine! Highly recommend!

We decided to book Chef Benoit for a Valentine’s Day dinner/date. My partner and I came in with different cooking abilities and both found the experience enjoyable! Chef Benoit prepared a delicious menu that was easy to follow while still exposing us to French cuisine and techniques! He was easy to talk to and was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. Overall, a very enjoyable time if you are looking to learn more about cooking and eat a lovely meal afterwards.

My recent Cozymeal experience with Chef Benoit was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into his warm and inviting home, I knew I was in for a memorable culinary adventure. Chef Benoit’s class went above and beyond our expectations! We learned so much. Benoit taught & demonstrated new concepts, but then he let us make everything ourselves, so we truly feel like we’re equipped to make this meal (and others!) on our own. The food was incredible — I can’t believe we were able to make so many delicious dishes in only two hours! We will be back to try Benoit’s other classes for sure. Thank you!

Chef Benoit’s Elegant French Meal class was a delightful experience! He was kind, polite, enthusiastic, and welcoming to the class. He is not only an excellent cook but also an outstanding teacher! The class focused on French cuisine. Chef Benoit provided each one of the participants with a hands-on experience, one-on-one instructions on properly cutting the fish and vegetables, preparing a delicious sauce, and mixing ingredients, among other important details. He carefully explained each step of the process to create a tasty and delicate three-course dinner menu. The end result was a delicious dinner elegantly served by Chef Benoit in the cozy ambiance of his home. I had a pleasant, fun, and enriching experience! I learned a lot and greatly enjoyed Chef Benoit's class! I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in having a nice, enhancing culinary skills experience!

Today I celebrated my birthday with my daughter at Chef Benoit’s home. Him and his wife were very inviting and made us comfortable from the time we arrived. He was very accommodating by making changes to the original menu due to my diet restrictions, although it was last minute changes, everything turned out delicious!!! I would definitely recommend him for all cozymeal first timers or returning customers!! Thanks Chef Benoit for an amazing birthday meal!

Chef Benoit recently came over to cook for us for our 5 year anniversary and he was spectacular. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and chocolate soufflГ©. He also recommended a wine to pair with it. It was all amazing!! We have two little ones, and he was very flexible with starting a little later so the kids could get to bed first. We got to chat with him for a bit and learned he has 40+ experience of cooking around the world. His food was delicious and we would definitely love to eat with him again!! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, Chef!!

A truly great experience! Chef Benoit was a wonderful teacher, I’m an avid cook and he still had so much to teach. His home was beautiful and we made food I can’t wait to try to make again. Highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity.

We attended Chef Benoit's 'Perfect Pastry Skills' class as a team building event for 4. It was a really great time! We learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and the desserts were excellent. Highly recommend!

This was our first cozy meal experience and we took our mom here for her birthday. It was a fun experience where we got to learn some fun new tips and tricks from a professional chef. Benoit was very welcoming and engaging throughout the night and my mom had a great time.

Chef Benoit has great knowledge and passion for his country's cuisine and if you, like me, love French food this experience cannot be missed! His enthusiasm is infectious and spurs you on to produce the tastiest dish possible .....amazing!
