Perfectly seared duck breast is a hallmark of French cooking and is complemented with a sweet and sour honey sauce with notes of star anise alongside a showstopping pomme darphin, a giant pancake of seasoned, hash-browned potatoes. We attended Chef Benoit's 'Perfect Pastry Skills' class as a team building event for 4. It was a really great time! We learned a lot, had a ton of fun, and the desserts were excellent. Highly recommend!
