I surprised my boyfriend with a cooking class for Valentine's Day gift and he absolutely loved it. Chef Mert was very welcoming, on time, organized and prepared for us to take his class. His directions were very clear both with his location and his cooking steps. It was our first cooking class and we were a little nervous but he gave us so many information about cooking; for example how to cut properly and tips for a meal to taste much better. We absolutely enjoyed the class and my boyfriend loved it! Menu was great and the food we made was delicious and very filling! Definitely go in hungry :) Thank you Chef Mert!!!!

We made a cake and a few pastries! The class was very intersting and fun. Marc really made the class enjoyable. I typically walk away with one or two good takeaways from cooking classes that I have taken in the past but I learned SO MUCH more from Marc in this class! He explained everything so well while making the experience intersting and fun and DELICIOUS!! I have already recommended this class to several people!! The class itself was very well orgonized and the space is very clean with a nice eating area. Really had a great experience and will try other classes as well!

We made pasta from scratch and Chef Luana was incredible!! I cannot recommend her enough, she is so caring and attentive. She pays attention to all the little details and we got to eat the pasta we made at the end... best pasta I've had beside from Italy! She is the sweetest and I will definitely come back!

My husband and I have been wanting to take a cooking class for awhile. We love steak and Italian food so much so Chef Francesca's Italian steakhouse class piqued our interest. The drive was reasonable to Torrance from South LA. Parking was easy. Her home was so cute and clean and charming! Chef Francesca is such a kind, focused and effective teacher and coach. My husband Jeremy and I got to share the workload evenly. What I loved was how easy and fast the recipes were and how easy it was to time everything out while keeping a clean kitchen. The food was superb and we had amazing leftovers the next day. We had an amazing time and would go back to her or try another class with Cozymeal. I even love how she teaches earlier so that she can be a present mom, just an awesome lady. I feel like I can actually cook everything she presented. What a lovely experience. 10/10!! My girlfriend and I booked this for Valentine's Day - pasta making in the morning. We were a bit hesitant to walk into a stranger's home with other strangers (lol), but Chef Francesca made us feel instantly right at home. Not only is she an incredible chef and clearly experienced, but she has a kind, positive soul and clearly loves what she does. Her home is also sweet. Contemporary and heartfelt touches of Italy. She also had cheese and crackers for us to touch on - real parm from Sardinia. We cooked two dishes altogether and they were YUM; portions were generous too...did not eat the rest of the day. So satisfied. Would absolutely recommend and do this again.

Chef Mert was extremely fun! Not only was he super hands on with each cooking step but he also made sure to answer questions along the way no matter how off topic they were. He taught us some tips and tricks we will be using moving forward while cooking at home. The pasta was so fresh and easy to make with simple ingredients which was the biggest win.

Chef Luana was great from start to end. I surprised my wife with a fettuccine and spaghetti making class and the experience overall was super great. The class was comprised of 3 couples and it was such an intimate vibe compared to bigger classes. Will be recommending to all my friends and will be coming back soon.

Great experience with Chef Francesca. She was a great chef and a lovely host. Such a kind person, and such great food! One note, this class is not as hands on as others I have had in the past. Chef duties are shared, you are not making your own dish from start to finish. Not a bad thing, just important to know if you prefer one type of class over another. Also, the chef chooses your sauces beforehand, so if you’re dead set against any of the sauces, let her know and she can accommodate. Would recommend!

We started by making the pasta sauce, then moved on to preparing two types of pasta, spaghetti and fettuccine. Chef Luana guided us every step of the way, making everything easy to follow, and both dishes turned out absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this class—the chef is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and the food was amazing.

Kamilla, our chef was informative, attentive and very personable. She helped us make such easy yet rich flavorful Thai food. I liked that we got the option taste each food one at A time. The cooking class was everything I hoped for and more! We only had 3 tables which gave private feel which was perfect for my boyfriend’s birthday gift. However, one thing is that one of the participants turned out to be a live streamer and he was distracting. Chef and the class was perfect, but may be in the future, you pre-screen participants to see if they plan on bringing a full production. Otherwise, thank you for a wonderful experience!! Chef Luana is great. She welcomed us into her home and was very friendly. She taught us how to make pasta very clearly and treated us like family. The food was very tasty and fresh. I would recommend taking a class with her if you are interested in making pasta.

Our Moroccan cooking class with Chef Yasmina far exceeded our expectations. Yasmina is a great teacher, making sure everyone gets their needs and questions answered, and the food was truly amazing. Yasmina is an inspiring chef with a generous spirit - nothing was rushed and she even made an extra sauce just because we were interested. We left the class feeling confident that we could try these dishes at home, and that we also had learned much about cooking in general. We would highly recommend this class or anything that Chef Yasmina teaches.

The evening with Chef Yasmina was more than just cooking and eating delicious food. Our time with Chef was an experience to last a lifetime, for real. Chef Yasmina was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We experienced traditional Moroccan food, and Chef Yasmina shared history and stories along with everything she prepared (and taught us how to make) that made the evening a pure delight. We had chicken tagine and learned that one does not need to add liquids for the preparation, as the food, when cooked and prepared properly, creates its own flavorful broth that is beyond words. The eggplant caviar was softer than a cloud, and was seasoned in a way that was different from the chicken, yet the flavors provided the perfect compliment to the meal. And for dessert, we were treated to marzipan and fresh orange slices from her personal garden that were seasoned with a citrus liquid, cinnamon, and sesame seeds. Oh, let me not forget that we were greeted with farmer's cheese, olives, and toasts, along with a traditional green tea ceremony made with fresh mint and a wonderful story about the teapot and the centuries-old traditions surrounding the making and preparation of the tea. We cannot write enough superlatives about the evening and overall experience; we can only say that we hope everyone leaves with the same feelings we did.

This was my first cooking class with Cozymeal and it did not disappoint! It was hands down the best cooking class I’ve ever attended. Carole is an amazing host and teacher. We made Vietnamese spring rolls, Korean glass noodle stir fry and Thai sticky mango rice. My daughter and I learned about a variety of chef knives, how to hold chop sticks, food presentation, best ingredients and so much more. My favorite part was peeling a mango. The atmosphere was welcoming and super positive with an artsy vibe. Carole is an inspiring, passionate and creative culinary artist. Bottom line…so much fun. Take the class!

We had an amazing sushi cooking experience to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the very beginning, they responded very quickly to messages and were always available and attentive. The experience was fun, pleasant, and truly special. I was very grateful for the opportunity to learn about the origins of everything and a bit of the history behind sushi, which made it even more meaningful. I would definitely do this again in the future and highly recommend it.

Chef was incredible! It was the definition of a cozy meal. Upon leaving, we felt like we were departing from the warm comfort of a grandmother‘s Italian household. We learned how to make spaghetti and fettuccine. We ate delicious sauces without and had fun conversation. She is an accomplished chef with many wonderful stories to share. What a wonderful evening it was for our family. We highly recommend it.

My wife has always gone out of her way to demonstrate her love and care for me, including taking me on a trip to Italy last year, my first time in Europe. So, when it bame time to celebrate her 60th birthday, I wanted to make it something that would touch her heart. She loves Italy and she loves cooking shows, so I thought that she might really enjoy some up close and personal time with an expert in preparation of Italian cuisine. I was blessed to find Chef Luana, a restauranteur from Italy with over 50 years of experience and someone who is committed to making time spent in her kitchen is joyous and scrumptious. Chef Luana walked us through the steps to make gnocchi, dressed three different ways, all while also making brushetta for us to nosh on. After the gnocchi Chef Luana brought out a cake that she made specially before our arrival to celebrate my wife's birthday. After three hours of cooking, eating, and listening to the chef's tales of running a restaurant in Italy we left feeling well satisfied. It was an event that helped jumpstart a full day of activites to bring a smile to my wife's face and heart and Chef Luana got the ball rolling. I highly recommend takng any of her classes. I intend to take both her pasta class and her pizza making class in the not-to-distant future.

The entire experience was extremely easy to follow and really fun! Me and my girlfriend both agreed that the food was amazing. We made spaghetti and fettuccine pasta from scratch and ate it with her vegetable tomato sauce and ragu sauce! Her hospitality and experience was a moment to remember. Can’t wait to come back again in the future!

Chef Luana gave us an unforgettable experience in her pasta class. Not only did we learn how to make incredible pasta, but we were treated to a meal constructed only from Italian ingredients. Everything from her olive oil, flour, and cheeses, down to the white pepper and salt (no joke!) she either brought home from her last visit to Italy or sourced from her importer so that the food she prepares is as authentic as it gets. While our sauce cooked, before we prepared our pasta, Chef Luana made us a simple salad, which was divine. My mom and I were both in awe of how delicious our vegetable pasta with fettuccini was. We were practically licking our plates! And after our meal, she made us an espresso (also brought to us from Italy!) and it was the perfect end to a perfect meal. Thank you Chef Luana for a fabulous mother-daughter class!

Chef Luana was fantastic. We had a wonderful authentic experience in her lovely apartment. I was there to celebrate my boyfriend and his sisters birthday and she surprised us with having the place decorated for their celebration. The food was fantastic, tasted as if you were transported to Italy! Highly recommend.
