I booked a session for my sister as her Christmas gift. We did the Asian Cuisine Class... Very fun and unique experience! Chef Mo was so kind and offered suggestions/feedback on what you do/don't like on your food. He explains why he does certain things when cooking and offers tips! Would definitely love to do again sometime. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Mo clearly loves to cook and share his love for what he does with people... You will not regret it!

I loved learning about the different processes and useful techniques to make cooking easier and accessible. Chef Iain gave me a better appreciation for cooking and trying my own recipes. I can now cook tastier meals at home! This was my second class with Chef Iain and he is a great teacher

Had so much fun last weekend with Chef Iain! I learned so many new techniques ie how to cut an onion the RIGHT way, how to keep the cutting board from slipping, and so much more. Chef Iain was welcoming, patient, humorous, and kind. Also, everything in the kitchen was immaculately clean and organized. The food was delicious and there was more than enough of it - were even sent home with the yummy leftovers! I would definitely participate in his other menus. Such a great time.

We had a great cooking class experience with Chef Iain! We highly recommend it. Not only did we learn some cooking tips, but the food was great and plenty of leftovers! The kitchen prep areas were well organized for the 4 of us (we worked in pairs). Thank you Chef Iain for a memorable evening.

My husband (who is a seasoned cook) and I absolutely loved the menu and decided to sign up. We were warmly greeted from his balcony and felt comfortable from the beginning. His knowledge and expertise was impressive вЂ¦ranging from simple strategies when working with spices to more complex tips (I.e suggesting foods that complement each other). His tomato marmalade is something we are adding to every meal possible! He answered questions with style and grace. A kind chef that made the atmosphere warm and friendly. Thank you chef Iain for making this an evening we will be talking about for a long time!

I had been wanting to try a cooking class and I am so glad that this was my first experience. Chef Iain is personable and made the whole process fun and exciting. Chef Iain was great! Made adjustments for my husband who had dietary restrictions. helped us with the cooking and cleaning so we could be quick and actually eat sitting down. Note the course is in his home, which has an older kitchen and rather tight space.

I had the honor to meet and share an evening of laughs, learning, and great food with Chef Iain last Friday night. I enjoy cooking and learning new techniques, so being in the ChefвЂ™s own kitchen, watching how he takes the same ingredients I use and turn them into delicious meals, while also being able to get my hands dirty and cook myself, it was the best of both worlds. Chef Iain is welcoming and has a great sense of humor. We were laughing all night between the delicious courses of homemade tapas. We had a great time with Chef Iain! He brought everything we needed to our kitchen and helped us make a stellar tapas dinner! We even had plenty of leftovers for the next day. He did a great job helping us feel more comfortable with eyeballing ingredients and practicing cooking with the ingredients you have to make a delicious meal. Would recommend!

What a fun experience! I've taken a variety of cooking classes over the years, but always small group classes. It was so nice to have a private class at my home with Chef Ryan. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but also just an all-around nice guy. It was so much fun learning to make chocolates from Ryan - especially the handpainted molded chocolates. I learned so much and am inspired to make them on my own, as Chef Ryan showed how easy it can be (though of course, it would take years of practice, as well as artistic ability, to get to the level of Chef Ryan's beautiful chocolates).

Amazing experience! We learned so much. I can't wait to impress my friends with delicious vegan food. Chef Robin has a passion for teaching. Definitely will take her lessons again. The menu and recipe were detailed yet easy to understand. The ingredients can be found in the neighborhood grocery. With the instructions I can recreate it in my own kitchen. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of room to do hands-on learning.

My event with Chef Clemence went very well. Even though I was 30 minutes late to the course because of LA traffic which I didn't account for, Clemence quickly got me started up on what everyone was doing. She was very knowledgeable, and showed us a lot of cool things like an efficient way to dice an onion, how to prepare an artichoke, and of course how to make fresh pasta from pasta dough. The students there were friendly and I had a good time conversing with my partner. Just being around other students who are likely better cooks that I am motivated me to put in that extra effort to get on the same level. All of the tools and ingredients were prepared for us ahead of time and there were assistants who went around and delivering necessities and collecting leftovers, which was very helpful in allowing us to focus on the cooking. This was my first time taking a cooking course, and I have to say I greatly enjoyed it.
