Chef Luana was phenomenal. She is a true Italian chef with 30+ years experience owning a pizza restaurant. Not only was she a great teacher, but her stories of the "homeland" were truly endearing. We had a wonderful time and truly took our pizza making skills to the next level. Highly recommended!

I surprised my fiancГ© with a private cooking class with Francesca as an early ValentineвЂ™s Day gift. The last time we had truly authentic Italian food was in Italy, and this was the first time we experienced fresh, homemade Italian cuisine since returning. Francesca, who is from Sardinia, was warm and welcoming as she shared her style of cooking from scratch, showing us how to simplify Italian dishes. My fiancГ©e is pregnant, and Francesca was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to modify our mealsвЂ”such as pasteurizing eggs and adjusting the tiramisu recipe. The result was the best tiramisu weвЂ™ve ever had, and now weвЂ™ll always want to make it ourselves! We highly recommend learning from Francesca, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Chef Mert was A+! My wife gifted me an Italian Date Night cooking class, and from beginning to end it was an incredible experience. A few weeks ago, my fiancГ© and I had the most fulfilling experience taking a Moroccan cooking class with Chef Yasmina! We were paired with 2 other people, so it was a small group of 4, plus Chef, which made for a personal and fun atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into her home, we were surrounded by warmth and beautyвЂ”her glassware, houseplants, decor, and stories all reflecting her worldly charm. The class was incredibly instructive, offering not only insights into the cuisine but also rich Moroccan traditions. Chef Yasmina let us tailor the experience, allowing us to decide how much we wanted to cook versus observe. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious! She even gifted us some extra oranges, fresh from her garden. I canвЂ™t recommend booking with her enoughвЂ”10 out of 10!

Had a great time cooking and chatting with Chef Luana. Learned how to make healthy and delicious food in a realistic kitchen setting - can't wait to cook the amazing dishes at home. Pineapple with burrata was an amazing combo, and the homemade bread was great too! Risotto was mouthwatering, especially with a few tips from Chef Luana on how to make it super creamy and flavorful (and still healthy!). Chef Luana was very welcoming, and her place felt like home! We would love to be back for more classes. Recommend this class!

Chef Luana is a wonderful cooking instructor! We had a really fun time creating pasta from scratch- Chef Luana's own recipe from her restaurant in Italy. On top of that, we got to dine in her home and have her home-made tiramisu for desert after. It was truly a fun and unique experience. Would highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning how to cook an authentic Italian recipe to check out her classes. She hosts everything from 1:1 classes (what we did) to group birthday events. Thank you Chef Luana!!

Chef Luana is the real deal, and even has her own restaurant in Italy! My husband and I took her pizza-making class and loved it! She was friendly, patient, humorous, and informative, making sure we learned but also had fun. And she infused some stories and tidbits about her Italian culture! Luana provided the perfect balance of giving us participation/experience at every level, but also having some items prepped because they take longer (ex: yeast needs hours to proof and and dough needs to rise, so we made our own to learn how but she had dough prepped and ready to use) We got to make 3 different pizzas, with some options to customize. They were all beautiful and delicious! The crust was light and crispy and unlike any other; we can't wait to try out what we learned, at home. We would definitely recommend Luana and one of her many Italian cooking classes!

Had so much fun last weekend with Chef Iain! I learned so many new techniques ie how to cut an onion the RIGHT way, how to keep the cutting board from slipping, and so much more. Chef Iain was welcoming, patient, humorous, and kind. Also, everything in the kitchen was immaculately clean and organized. The food was delicious and there was more than enough of it - were even sent home with the yummy leftovers! I would definitely participate in his other menus. Such a great time.

My husband (who is a seasoned cook) and I absolutely loved the menu and decided to sign up. We were warmly greeted from his balcony and felt comfortable from the beginning. His knowledge and expertise was impressive вЂ¦ranging from simple strategies when working with spices to more complex tips (I.e suggesting foods that complement each other). His tomato marmalade is something we are adding to every meal possible! He answered questions with style and grace. A kind chef that made the atmosphere warm and friendly. Chef Rebecca was great! She was very communicative (asking about food allergies and being open to cooking at our place or hers), inviting (we cooked at her place), and friendly. Her recipes were educational (how to make regional Italian dishes), interesting (we could personalize our own flatbread pizzas), and delicious. I would definitely consider taking another class from her in the future and highly recommend her to others considering doing a Cozymeal cooking class.
