What You’ll Do

Learn how to create a plate of beautiful handmade pasta with Chef Cregg.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the techniques needed for creating gourmet Italian fare from scratch. Throughout class, Chef Cregg will teach you techniques for making fresh pasta, pan-searing fish and baking the perfect cake.

After preparing a light salad, you'll mix and shape pasta dough for your filled agnolotti pasta, dressed in a caramelized corn cream sauce. Then, after pan-frying your spiced red snapper served with rabe broccoli, Chef Cregg will show you how to create a decadent cake infused with olive oil.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Such a fun and informative class! Chef Cregg was such a kind and great teacher and guided us in making the tastiest pasta I’ve ever had! Not to mention the other courses - fabulous all around!
