In this class, Chef Francesca shares her Italian heritage and years of cooking experience to bring you an authentic Italian culinary adventure in which you'll learn an array of valuable culinary skills.

Your hands-on class begins with an appetizer of elegant eggplant rolls stuffed with salty prosciutto and creamy fontina cheese. Next, create an iconic Italian classic: silky carbonara with a simple egg and pecorino sauce before moving learning to expertly cook an impressive ribeye steak served with potatoes and truffle oil. Conclude with an airy white chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our Italian Steakhouse cooking class with Chef Francesca was fantastic! My partner and I booked it for our anniversary and had the best time. The class took place at her lovely home and we happened to be the only two participants for this class so it was extra special. We learned a lot, ate delicious food, and enjoyed Francesca's company throughout. We even had plenty of leftovers so it was well worth the price! We highly recommend this class and would definitely take another class from Francesca.
