What You’ll Do

Create unforgettable Italian fare in this immersive cooking experience

Bring the romance of Rome to your table in this Italian cooking class led by an expert chef. You'll learn the importance of using the finest ingredients to create traditional flavors and learn to differentiate between different olive oils for the best results. You'll start by creating a fresh Caprese salad using creamy mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, followed by pollo al limone; a classic chicken dish prepared with lemon. Afterward, you'll master the art of Italian soup-making with a traditional minestrone and finish with a classic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing experience! I didn't know I was capable of making such amazing dishes. Carole is knowledgeable, kind, and funny. She is also a great chef/teacher. Her recipes were easy to follow.

Date night, check! Our cooking class with Chef Carole felt like having dinner at the home of a friend вЂ” only weвЂ™d never met before. We learned better knife techniques, the proper way to flavor layer a stir fry, and how to skin a mango (you need a glass), and then shared an incredible meal. Such a great experience вЂ” and gift!

My brother and I took our mom and Auntie out for their first private cooking lesson! Easily one of the most memorable experiences! Chef Carole is a woman who's lived many lives and has great stories to tell The food was well planned and organized - she provided all the necessary ingredients, set up, tools. The night went super smooth. Her kitchen set up provides a fun and intimate environment - it's set up and made for cooking so this creates a great atmosphere. There was a lot of simple and small techniques that I believe anyone can utilize, regardless of cooking skills. The real plus however was getting to know Chef Carole. Nothing could prepare any of us for the stories and experiences she shared. It felt like we had a celebrity chef teaching us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING TIME WITH HER She is a person you'll be telling all your friends about!

We had a great experience at Chef Carole's cooking class. From the moment we walked in, Chef Carole made us feel at home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The class was well-organized and hands-on, which made it easy to follow along. The recipes were clear and simple to follow and the results were restaurant-quality. If you're looking to dive into Chinese cooking or just want to learn something new, I highly recommend this class!

Chef Carole was amazing! She was very patient and able to explain and demonstrate techniques from beginning to the end. She designed a menu that was appropriate to our level and fun to cook. My fiance and I had a blast learning to cook with confidence delicious meals. We had fun learning about different ingredients and how to use them. We had fun talking to chef Carole and her husband. Chef Carole set up a really fun and interactive experience. We'd recommend this experience for good food and a great time learning.
