What You’ll Do

Create unforgettable Italian fare in this immersive cooking experience

Bring the romance of Rome to your table in this Italian cooking class led by an expert chef. You'll learn the importance of using the finest ingredients to create traditional flavors and learn to differentiate between different olive oils for the best results. You'll start by creating a fresh Caprese salad using creamy mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, followed by pollo al limone; a classic chicken dish prepared with lemon. Afterward, you'll master the art of Italian soup-making with a traditional minestrone and finish with a classic tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing experience! I didn't know I was capable of making such amazing dishes. Carole is knowledgeable, kind, and funny. She is also a great chef/teacher. Her recipes were easy to follow.
