It was very hands on and delicious!! Francesca is a wonderful teacher, explaining process and products as we worked. We all enjoyed the class and the meal.

I brought my partner to celebrate his birthday and found this incredible course where we made pasta (my favorite) and NY steak which is my partner’s favorite. We had such a good time and enjoyed learning and cooking with Francesca. She’s an excellent chef who knows exactly how to prepare a 5 Michelin star meal. Everything was perfect, and the food was hands down one of the best I’ve had…and I consider myself a foodie with a sophisticated palette. Chef Luana’s pizza class was fantastic! The first thing you learn is that great pizza is all about the dough, and Chef Luana does an incredible job explaining every step of the process in a way that’s both detailed and easy to follow. I had no idea how much craftsmanship goes into making the perfect dough until taking this class. Chef Luana is a wonderful teacher and is clearly passionate about what she does. My wife and I loved hearing her stories and learning the “why†behind each step, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas we made were absolutely delicious, and we left feeling excited to recreate them at home. We can’t wait to put our new skills to use and are already looking forward to taking more of Chef Luana’s classes. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pizza or simply wants to learn from an exceptional instructor!
