What You’ll Do

Explore the exquisite flavors of a classic Lebanese mezze with a plant-based twist.

During this engaging cooking class, Chef Jackie will guide you into the secrets of making authentic Eastern Mediterranean dishes. She’ll help you prepare a delicious 100% plant-based Lebanese menu.

You’ll start by preparing two flavors of creamy hummus paired with seasonal vegetables, and make homemade spinach fatayer, skillfully combining ancient-grain bread dough, spinach and onions. For dessert, whip up candy clusters made with dark chocolate, pomegranate arils and sea salt flakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a great class. We made delicious food and learned great recipes and new cooking skills. Chef Jackie is very patient and accommodating and has a joyful attitude toward cooking that makes for a comfortable, collaborative atmosphere.
