The experience was amazing. Chef Stefano was pleasant and a pleasure to cook with. Providing cooking tips along the way; laughter and great fun. This was my first time and I didn’t know what to expect, I was immediately put at ease, both Chefs are super friendly and very informative. I would go experience this again. By the way the food turned out delicious and your take away is knowing how to make whatever you make in the kitchen that day!! Hope this was helpful in you making a decision to go and create awesome food with help from two awesome Chefs.

Vegan and Gluten Free Indian
with Chef Mukti
in Brooklyn (Borough Park)
I attended Chef Mukti's class with my partner, Andrew, and cooking with her was an incredible experience! It was our first cooking class ever, and Mukti taught us how to make *five* amazing vegan Indian dishes from scratch. Mukti not only walked us through each cooking step, but she also taught us some really helpful tips and tricks about cooking in general, including how to handle cookware properly and how to incorporate different kinds of spices — and the benefits of them as well. To top it all off, the food itself is to-die-for. Mukti's cooking class is definitely worth it and we both highly recommend it to anyone.

Traditional American Fare
with Chef Julieanne
in Queens (Astoria)
From the moments that I was greeted at the door and when walked into Julieanne's apartment, I knew I was in for something very special. Julieanne and her cohost Ryan are both amazing chefs that work together as a team to provide, not only amazing cuisine and training, but a great experience that will make you want to come back again and again.
The fresh pasta ravioli and sauce just melt in your mouth. The sauce is soul-warmingly delicious. You will want to lick your plate clean. And since you are not in a restaurant, YOU CAN!
For seafood lovers, don't miss the moules frites. Your palate will thank you. So amazingly delicious I would come back again for the same dish.
Longing for comfort food? Julieanne will prepare a chicken pot pie like you've never had before. She will explain why it's so good and help you to make the same thing at home. The pie top is the perfect thickness so as to balance it with the yummy contents below.
Finish it off with amazing espresso gelato that is made with Frangelico liqueur!
Take your choice with French, Italian or American dishes. You can't go wrong. You will want to come back for more. I do.

We had the most spectacular time with Chef Kevin. We took the Yakitori class to celebrate my birthday. Chef Kevin showed up exactly on time and ready to go.
