Spanish Flavors From Andalusia
with Chef Michael
in Manhattan (Chinatown)
What a wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed working with chef Michael. He answered so many questions but didn’t make me feel worried about my skill level for a minute. We had a small group (2 couples), which was awesome. We made a delicious meal and broadened my horizon in terms of foods to cook with. I would recommend this for a date night or if you just want to learn more about cooking!

Italian Farm to Table
with Chef Ivan
in Manhattan (Greenwich Village)
My employees liked the class and said the chef was great! The main feedback I got was that because of the menu, only a few people had things to do at a time, so the rest of the group was just sitting around. They enjoyed it though.

Had a great time taking Chef Michael cooking class! Definitely a good experience being able to cook in a commercial kitchen then enjoy the fruits of your labor within the restaurant. He keeps it simple so you can follow on your own at home...we've already recreated these dishes at home twice just a week after!

Chef Michael is a great instructor of Italian cuisine. His class focused on technique which I loved because we learned how to perfectly cook pasta and fish. The risotto was a standout for me with its rich and vibrant color and warming and delicious flavors.Â

Chef Michael was a wonderful teacher and learning to cook from him was a great experience. However, the location was not ideal as it provided very little-no heat on a cold winter evening.

The Best of Rustic French Cuisine
with Chef Justin
in Manhattan (Upper East Side)
With sadness and anger I write this review. Pretty disappointed with the overall cooking experience. Chef Justin did not teach anything He cooked a very small meal for us without us having any hands on experience. He never sent the recipes as promised. and he took a cigarette break which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I will not be using this company again. If I wanted a ready made meal for $200, I would go to a restaurant next time.
