Chef Lamour was phenomenal! My partner and I were celebrating his birthday, and she made the evening very special for the 2 of us. She was very thorough with the explanations of the different cooking and chopping methods and was a delight to chat with about the old NY. This was a great team-building experience with Chef Stephanie, aka "Chefanie." She is informative and engaging. The chef allowed us to ask questions and provided plenty of opportunities to share the cooking and learning experience. My only suggestion would be to offer stools to participants since eating the meal standing up was awkward and uncomfortable after standing for 2+ hours during preparation

**This was Chef ToddвЂ™s first Client Home cooking class experience** AND IT WAS GREAT. Chef Todd made this experience super insightful, teaching us technique and the art of Creole cuisine, while keeping it fun and playful. Huge thanks to his wife as well, as she was able to capture every moment. I highly recommend this class and hope to see Chef Todd again for the next class!

Great class! It's a good balance of time spent doing each part of the meal prep and actually practicing some knife skills. Don't expect a bootcamp on knife cutting, but you get 15-25 or so minutes to practice, can ask for assistance, and get some quality advice/tips/tricks to take home and hone in your knife skills. If you have a good group, it's a great time. The instructor was super friendly/helpful and I'd definitely recommend the class.

Chef Diana is an exceptional host and master of her craft. She made cooking seemingly difficult dishes feel accessible and fun to make at home. I am still thinking about how delicious and easy it was to create the lumpia spring rolls. Chef Diana will help elevate your dinner (or even dinner party!) dish rotation with simple tricks from her extensive arsenal.

The class, All About Pasta in NY, was incredible! The chefs were amazing and made the class so fun and casual and easy. You learn a lot and are able to get your hands dirty, plus the food is delicious! All-around great night and I highly recommend.

Chef Ivan was great. He not only walked us through the step by step of a lovely meal, he also explained why steps were in the order they were and why certain things cooked the way they did. He was also very cognizant of the needs of the group. He would speak passionately about the cooking when the group was attentive but when the group started showing signs of tire, he seemed to also be happy to take over. It was all around a homey and wonderful cooking class.
