My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.

Jenny made the experience fun and instructive! She made sure to stop by and help each person so no one felt left out/ignored. Huge bonus she cooked them all up for us and while it takes time to do so they were worth the wait and we even had plenty left to take a few home. Soooo tasty!!!

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. Florence was an absolute delight to have in our home. She brought warmth and genuine enthusiasm to every step of the evening, making us feel completely at ease in our own kitchen. She walked us through the art of Chicken Cordon Bleu with such skill and patience â€” sharing clever techniques, creative twists, and the kind of insider knowledge you just can't find in a recipe book. Between the pounding, layering, and perfectly golden crust, we swapped stories and laughs, and before we knew it, we were sitting down to a beautiful meal we had made ourselves. The whole experience was engaging, educational, and truly memorable. We couldn't recommend Florence more highly!

Class was good. Instructor was thorough. The citrus filling was a little runny as the day went on. I would prefer doing everything myself. Iâ€™m not a fan of shared baking (touching). Also, I have not received the recipes.

My family and I cooked ramen. It was an amazing experience and allowed us to all bond. The food was delicious and we canâ€™t wait to make this again for our family and friends.

My wife and I attended the Restaurant-style Ramen class hoping to take our home-made ramen to the next level. Everything we needed was laid out and pre-measured and the Chef instructed and assisted with patience and good humor. Our best take-away from the class was making the noodle dough and then rolling it out and slicing it with the Kitchenaid stand-mixer. We will now make our own (delicious) noodles with confidence. Pickling our mushrooms (which were added later to the ramen) was another favorite experience. Because the dashi, pork-belly, and broth was pre-prepared we will use the recipes that were emailed after the class to make these ingredients at home. Of course we ate our Ramen at the end of class (along with Yuzu mint soda!) and gave ourselves (and Cozymeal) an A+. Highly recommended!

Great class! Chef YaYa and her sous chef Leroy had everything under control and was full of knowledge around the kitchen. Instructions were easy to follow and the food turned out amazing.
