Every step of the menu will be a celebration of the love and passion that go into crafting this menu. Master the art of foolproof pasta dough and shape it by hand. Of course, pasta is incomplete without sauce - so you will be making that too. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a beginner eager to try your hand at pasta-making, this event is designed for all skill levels to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our time with Chef Florence! She was very friendly and did an outstanding job in teaching us how to prepare an authentic Italian meal. The food was delicious and the six of us enjoyed being able to take part in the entire preparation process. We HIGHLY recommend both her and the experience to others!!

Chef Florence was a delight. She gently instructed us, adapted the recipes for allergens, and significantly contributed to our holiday party atmosphere. She provided great tips. We also loved her no-waste policy and culinary viewpoint on sustainability. We thoroughly enjoyed our class and time with Chef Florence. We happily give her 5 stars!
