This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and I’d be happy to try another again!

We made capture salad for an appetizer, then everyone got to make their own dinner pizza. Followed up with a dessert pizza.
Chef Eric is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. The evening was informative and fun with some outstanding pizza. Great class, highly recommend.
