We made capture salad for an appetizer, then everyone got to make their own dinner pizza. Followed up with a dessert pizza. Chef Eric is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. The evening was informative and fun with some outstanding pizza. Great class, highly recommend.

Chef Eric very easy to work with, very fun, very experienced, shows skill and tips on doing things correctly during the food prep. Very patient and answers all questions. He can cook using what ever is on hand doesn’t need specialized gadgets. A true chef all the way. Appreciates flavor and texture and simple fresh ingredients.
