Eric is a fantastic chef, teacher and entertainer! We had so much fun learning, cooking and especially eating the mouth watering food - stuffed mushrooms, homemade Italian pasta, and donuts! 100% recommend spending time in the kitchen with Eric. We will sign up again!

Chef Eric was awesome! I set up the class as an activity for my bachelorette weekend. He taught us how to make bruschetta, manicotti, and strawberry granitas from scratch. I appreciate how patient he was with us while walking us through each step. It was very informative and fun! We had the best time!! Highly recommend Chef Eric.

We made capture salad for an appetizer, then everyone got to make their own dinner pizza. Followed up with a dessert pizza. Chef Eric is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. The evening was informative and fun with some outstanding pizza. Great class, highly recommend.

He can cook using what ever is on hand doesnâ€™t need specialized gadgets. A true chef all the way. Appreciates flavor and texture and simple fresh ingredients. Teaches you to use your senses when cooking. Will be going back for sure. Use Chef Eric. Heâ€™s the real deal.
