Discover a variety of small Chinese dishes known as dim sum with Chef Eric.

Learn how to make three traditional dim sum dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric as he teaches you how to prepare high-quality ingredients and use smart culinary techniques.

Begin with traditional spring rolls filled with a variety of fresh ingredients, then Chef Eric will show you how to expertly prepare sweet and salty char siu bar, or Chinese barbecue pork buns, seasoned with honey and soy sauce. Finish with a dairy-free mango pudding brimming with fresh mango flavor for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric is great! He is a super nice guy and a great teacher. Our entire manicotti meal was delicious. We learned lots of great cooking tips! We would definitely recommend Chef Eric.

Chef Eric was great! The event was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time. Chef Eric did a little trivia at the end and gave out a small prize to the winner!
