We made macarons! It was a a great experience. Although the macarons I made are not picture perfect, they turned out wonderful and tasted even better. It was fun to learn a new skill under the guidance of Chef Steve.

We cooked several things: pad thai, lemongrass infused jasmine rice, crispy thai shrimp with chili sauce and Pumpkin Curry soup. Easy to follow, got to engage in parts of cooking. It was a full class of 16 people. We were at tables of 4 and enjoyed working with the other 2 people at our table. The food was delicious and would make this for my monthly dinners with friends.

We enjoyed this class very much. It was less hands-on than we expected, but I understand now that 2 hours isn't enough time to make all three doughs, let them rise, and still bake them. Chef Sarah did demo the process though, so we got a chance to see yeast being bloomed and mixed in. We are definitely planning to check out more of these classes. Thank you!

I attended this cooking class with my boyfriend and we had a great time! We got this as a gift from family and are so happy we finally used it on the Tuscany class! Make the most of it, learn some tips and tricks, and talk with the Chef and fellow classmates!

The experience was excellent and the chef was very friendly and kept us engaged. However, the Nashville chicken was a bit bland and took a very long time to cook. The salad had little taste, however, chef did explain why. The homemade biscuits and ice cream were amazing. I would come again but maybe try a new dish.

I gave this cookie making/decorating class to Ben, my eight year old grandson, as a birthday gift. Ben started out shy, but in no time, Chef Morgan had him fully engaged and gave him the confidence he needed to work through every step of the recipes. She was there when she needed to be, stepped back when she felt he "got it" and cheered him along throughout the morning. Ben couldn't wait to tell his twin brother and parents about his morning's activities and show off his cookies when he got back home! I highly recommend this class and I thank Chef Morgan for making the day a special one for Ben!

Overall it was a great experience! I went because it was a Christmas gift experience I got for my friend, Kelly. I would have liked to put together the salad as well. The Steak had cooled off considerably after our little break, so I was a bit disappointed in that. But overall it was such a new experience for me! I learned a new way to place the steak into the pan..(more safely!) without oil splash back. And to let it sit in the pan for that good sear for the first 5-6 minutes. I do (I would say about 90%) of the cooking at home, so I felt comfortable being there and learning from the Chef. And it taught me that I really needed to get a few more efficient cooking utensils. Thank you so much for making it a fun time! I know my friend also enjoyed her time there too!

Chef Joi was great and I would highly recommend doing this. She was very nice and we had a lot of fun! She modified the recipes to meet my dietary needs which was very appreciated!

Raina was very friendly, upbeat and very passionate about her cooking! Her Orange Salmon Power bowl was very good and colorful. The Beignets and Shrimp Po Boy were amazing and really reminded me of New Orleans. I would love to learn more from her again!

Chef Pat showed how to make a popular sushi roll and it was very cool to learn how to shape and roll the dish. The hand roll was very unique as well as I never had that kind of sushi before. His Green Tea Creme BrÃ»lÃ©e was to die for!

Really enjoyed the class, very informative, a relaxed environment, and the Chef was great at answering questions and making sure you walked away with more knowledge than when you arrived.

Chef Michael took the time to really demonstrate every little bit of the processes to each dish. He was very kind and passionate about his work. His food tasted amazing and his presentation was extremely impressive. His space was absolutely beautiful and anyone would enjoy their time in his class.

Chef Tania was great to work with! She was extremely friendly and you can tell she is passionate about her food. Everything tasted great, especially the Chicken Wings 3 ways. I'd love to take another class with her in the future!

Chef Becca was really great to work with! She explained everything very well, her food tasted amazing and her kitchen was a chefs dream. I'd love to go back to try more of her dishes.

This review is not a review on Chef Kim. We had another Chef, Chef Steve. Unfortunately, it was not the experience I anticipated having. I did not feel there was much education on knifes and cutting at all. I did not walk away from the class feeling as if I learned anything. We simply just cut vegetables, nothing special. The presentation overall was lack luster. I feel it you are teaching a mastery class you shouldn't have to read off a packet of paper. Regardless, Chef Steve and the staff was friendly.
