I recently had the pleasure of attending an Emily in Paris-inspired gourmet dinner experience with my sister through Cozymeal, and it was absolutely fantastic. Chef Chris created a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He walked us through each step of the cooking process with clear instructions, while also keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. The conversation flowed naturally, which made the experience feel very personal and relaxed. The menu was beautifully curated and delicious from start to finish. We prepared a cheese soufflÃ©, seared duck breast with Dijon cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, fresh French baguette with butter, and a rich mousse au chocolat with fleur de sel. Every dish turned out amazing, and it truly felt like an elevated dining experience. I especially appreciated how interactive the class wasâ€”we werenâ€™t just watching, we were fully involved in creating each course. It was also a fun opportunity to dress up and enjoy the full Parisian-inspired theme. I would highly recommend Chef Chris and Cozymeal to anyone looking for a unique, hands-on culinary experience. We had an amazing time at her cooking class for my girlfriendâ€™s birthday such a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish. She was patient, organized, and made everything easy to follow while still teaching real techniques, so it felt hands-on without being stressful. The menu was perfect: the miso soup with silken tofu and seaweed was comforting and flavorful, and the Poke Bowl Fusion was honestly the highlight super creative with the â€œvegan unagi eelâ€ and the tomato nigiri. The sesame ginger edamame salad was fresh, light, and had the perfect soy dressing, and the matcha coconut panna cotta with fresh berries was the best way to end the class. We left full, happy, and proud of what we made. Highly recommend booking her if you want a unique date idea, a birthday activity, or just a really good experience with great food.

Chef Beee curated an amazing experience for my grandmother's birthday celebration. Each of the menu items were delicious and easy to recreate in the future. My personal favorite was the collard greens dolmas. She did a great job of including each person in the cooking experience, even though there was 3 separate groups. I appreciated her ability to balance giving instructions, being personable, and answering different questions we had. I really enjoyed this experience, and I am excited for her to expand to have more classes. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more plant-based cuisines!

It was my wife's birthday and I was looking into nice restaurants and cooking classes... Happened upon Cozymeal and immediately knew that if there was an option on her birthday, this would be the go-to. Well, we lucked out and had Chef Megan's plant based, 4-course meal. We aren't consistent vegans/vegetarians, but we appreciate it and have gone stretches. From beginning to end, everything was first class. The conversation was fun and informative. And Chef taught us about a ton of different skills and helpful tips around the kitchen. We even had an impromptu salt tasting! The food was unbelievable. Honestly, we couldn't stopped at the Bruschetta, but I'm glad we didn't. The arugula w/ beet salad was lovely. The Buddha bowl was colorful and full of flavor. And the homemade Reese cup was a perfect finisher. We never felt rushed despite going over the allotted time. And it was so much cheaper than a night out at a fancy restaurant. Would highly recommend.

The instructor was fantasticâ€”super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience both educational and so much fun. We made everything from scratch, including handmade sushi rolls, lemongrass ginger soup with coconut curry, Thai basil fried rice with Gulf shrimp, chicken satay with the most delicious peanut sauce, and ended on a high note with a mango dessert topped with berries and whipped cream. This class on making pasta and Caesar Salad from scratch was a great experience. I thought pasta making was very difficult, but Chris showed us that its easy and fun, and not to mention so much more healthier. I had in my mind that pasta was an all day prep or two day process, I don't know why I thought that, but it was easy to do and the taste is wonderful. I would recommend everyone to take this class and upgrade your cooking skills to a whole other level. I wish I would have taken much more notes during the class, such as capturing the ingredients and steps. But Chris helped me out afterwards with those items.

My girlfriend booked a party of four with Cozymeals for my 60th birthday gift. Chef Chris was warm, knowledgable and provided a fun learning and dining experience in his home. All the ingredients were fresh and preparation was thoroughly explained. All four dishes were excellent: pommes dauphinoise, cheese soufflÃ©, seared duck breast with dijon cream sauce, and dark chocolate mousse. Even the first bites of bread were accompanied by a decademt, marvelously rich French butter infused with sea salt. I haven't had such a good time and meal with friends in a very long time. My friend Don is pictured as it is likely the only actual food prep he has ever performed outside of nuking a Hot Pocket. We would absolutely book another session with Chef Chris.
