This was a fabulous experience. Chef Luca taught us a lot about making pasta, Italian ingredients, tinkering with the ingredients to your taste. He made the recipes look easy and the whole experience was lots of fun!

I can't say enough about this experience! My husband and I had an amazing time and what we made was delicious. Chef Rodney was funny, engaging, and interesting and his home was lovely and immaculate. We would definitely do another class with him and highly recommend this class to anyone who loves sushi.

Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

Simply put, Chef Kira was amaaazing!! It was my fiancГ©s birthday and she wanted an memorable experience. We ended a great weekend of celebrating with Chef Kira at her house for Cuban night. From the moment we walked in, it felt like family. We had a group cooking class and ended up meeting the best people and became family by the end of the night. Class was great- right balance of hands on learning and getting to eat! Chris was fantastic. I especially appreciated that he applied techniques that could be replicated at home, without having to buy new gadgets. Food was delicious. Also felt like class size was appropriate; nice group.

This was my first bespoke, personalized class and IвЂ™d book many more with Chef Kira. She was responsive to my inquiries before class, on schedule, high energy, personable, knowledgeable, and shared cooking tips and techniques in a practical way. I cannot wait to duplicate these vegan dishes at home. I have more confidence in my knife skills, spice selection, and overall cooking after this 2.5 hour class!

WOW, what a wonderful experience!! Chef Luca was incredible - his knowledge of the cuisine, love for food and love to entertaining was top-notch. First time we had ever done this - did so with another couple. The food was INCREDIBLE, but mostly we simply loved the experience - casual, informative, very fun to help make the pasta, and learn how to replicate the same dishes at home. Would highly recommend.
