Experience the rich and savory flavors of Italy with Chef Dock as your expert guide.

It's time for your palate to be whisked away to Italy for a feast you'll crave again and again! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll work alongside Chef Dock to create a flavorful four-course meal that blends classic Italian ingredients with seafood and more.

Class begins with Chef Dock teaching you how to make a unique antipasti medley, followed by a crisp Caesar salad with anchovies and Parmesan. Next, you'll learn how to prepare an elaborate seafood scampi with homemade pasta before your sweet sendoff вЂ” lemon mascarpone cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was an outstanding experience. Chef Dock was patient and very detailed with us, but the class just flowed without a hitch. It's didn't feel like a rigorous teaching, but a lighthearted lesson. And in the end, a delicious 4 course meal that I was proud to say I had a hand in preparing.

To say we had such an amazing time with Chef DockвЂ¦.itвЂ™s an understatement! We enjoyed ourselves so much and he made the experience so wonderful. We all felt like family but heвЂ™s very professional, the atmosphere and food was delicious! I cannot wait to try to recreate our meal. Chef was prompt, friendly, funny, & professional. My husband and I really enjoyed the hands on cooking class. Chef Dock gave us so many great cooking tips. We learned how to cook muscles for the first time and it was a cool experience. The seafood pasta was delicious. The homemade Caesar dressing was to die for. The charcuterie board was fun to make. Last but not least, my husband really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake. Jist communicate exactly what you want/expect & he will make it happen. We would recommend Chef Doc 10 times over. Great experience

Chef Dock truly made this experience one of a kind! The ingredients he used were fresh, the recipes tasty, and the amount of teaching he did was so helpful! I not only enjoyed the experience of learning the art of cooking but also enjoyed the delicious cuisine we created from scratch. He was funny, a patient teacher and very encouraging. Wow! Chef Dock was amazing. I was nervous because he was listed as a new chef with Cozymeal but he blew our socks off. Rest assured he has years of experience as a chef before joining Cozymeal and you will taste the expertise. Chef Dock does not disappoint! The food was delectable. My extremely hard-to-impress partner exclaimed it was better than most restaurants, and we have dined with the best. We had so much fun hearing Chef DockвЂ™s stories and meeting with the other couple (socially distanced, of course). 10 out of 10 Chef Dock! Thank you for making my misterвЂ™s birthday gift special. :)

Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

This is our second experience using Cozymeal. Each has been unique and amazing! Chef Dock was prompt, professional, cordial, engaging, prepared and the food was delicious! We never had a sous vide prepared meal before, so this was totally new for us. I will definitely recommend and use Cozymeal again.

Not only did Chef Dock provide an outstanding meal (wedge salad with homemade dressing, incredible surf & turf of lobster tail, shrimp and steak over roasted asparagus and garlic potatoes, finished with a homemade blackberry cobbler), he was a wonderful conversationalist, talking about cooking, his career path and more.
