Cooking Class - Classic Italian Pasta From Scratch

We had such a great time with Chef Luca! He was so fun and energetic, and incredibly knowledgeable about the food and ingredients. He brought such an authentic Italian experience right into our home. We learned how to make so many dishes, from fresh pasta to tiramisu, and everything was delicious! Highly recommend this class for a fun and unique experience!

The food was exceptional, he was so much fun! We couldn’t have hoped for a better night. We’re doing this 10 more times and recommending it to everyone we know!

Chef Luca arrived on time, well prepared and ready to lead our experience. He was pleasant, engaging, outgoing, and brought a dynamic personality that made the event both fun and relaxing. My wife was initially unsure about having a stranger in our home, but he quickly made her feel comfortable, and she describes the experience as her favorite date in the past several years. He was knowledgeable, funny, and clearly passionate about cooking. His enthusiasm was infectious, and we enjoyed learning from him. He kept us involved in the meal preparation while guiding the process and taking care of the details. The food was delicious (x100), and the entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend Chef Luca.

Chef Luca’s class was amazing- delicious food with a lot of laugh and experiencing making pasta from scratch made wonderful night. Chef Luca is a dynamic personality and kept my wife and I entertained throughout the entire experience. We learned how to make pasta and made the first Tiramisu that my wife actually enjoyed. We will definitely be reusing this recipe.

Jesus is in town and he is cooking pasta!! Chef Luca is the best! I never cook, like ever. But Luca turned our kitchen into an Italian trattoria and teaching studio. He showed my husband and me how to make fresh pasta from scratch like it was the easiest thing in the world and it was incredibly fun!! We laughed, learned every step, and ended up with a delicious pasta and the best tiramisu we have ever had. If you think cooking is hard, hire Luca — he makes it look easy, fun, and absolutely worth every bite.

Such a fun class! Chef Luca was incredible; instant friends from the moment he arrived. Highlights were the tiramisu and ravioli and all the laughter! Feeling confident that we can make a excellent pasta on our own now; can’t wait to try it again.

Luca was funny, engaging, and had my girlfriend and I feeling like professional chefs for a night. It should go without saying, but the food that was prepared (with Luca's help) was absolutely to die for. I'd recommend this experience and Luca to anyone!

Luca was terrific, very charming, funny, knowledgeable and patient as he taught us to cook the various courses. We all participated in the making of the food which was fun and helped reinforce the learning. The food was delicious, but relatively simple to make and consisted of ingredients we could easily procure. My wife told me that night that she wanted to have Luca come back to host her birthday party. We truly enjoyed the experience.
