This was a fabulous experience. Chef Luca taught us a lot about making pasta, Italian ingredients, tinkering with the ingredients to your taste. He made the recipes look easy and the whole experience was lots of fun!

Chef Doc was personable, knowledgeable AND a lot of fun! Immediately, he engaged us with his friendliness as he unpacked a wagon full of ingredients. We jumped right into the experience, chatting and laughing as we prepped sauces, cut vegetable and learned more about Thai food. What a meal! We feasted and enjoyed every bite of our labors--with LOTS of leftovers, too. We now have the confidence to replicate the flavors of Bangkok on our own! We felt very comfortable having Chef Doc in our home, and hope to request him again.

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

Simply put, Chef Kira was amaaazing!! It was my fiancГ©s birthday and she wanted an memorable experience. We ended a great weekend of celebrating with Chef Kira at her house for Cuban night. From the moment we walked in, it felt like family. We had a group cooking class and ended up meeting the best people and became family by the end of the night. WeвЂ™re even looking at doing another cooking experience together with Kira. My fiancГ© was surprised and Chef even created a beautiful birthday moment for her. A great hands on experience! Chef Doc was amazing! We had such a great time and the food was absolutely fantastic! Our teenagers participated and loved it. He adapted his coaching per person's level of cooking experience. We were and are immensely impressed with Chef Jarvis. Not only is he of a stellar culinary pedigree but he's multi-lingual, well-travelled, prompt, intensely professional, and is down-to-earth all at the same time. That's rather difficult to achieve for most. He made the in-home Cozymeal experience truly cozy and enjoyable for us. His personable charm and demeanor made us feel as if we were being catered to by the very best at what they do, and it is and was quickly evident that he is. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home, and he was dropping pearls the entire session. I will never forget what it takes to achieve "Flavor Profile Building." He brings his entire self to work, and that is why he is able to perform in such an ultimate fashion. He taught us so much, and we are endlessly grateful. It was an honor to witness firsthand both how he teaches and how he works. Bravo, sir, and thanks again. Everything was so delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Chef Kira. She came fully prepared and had no trouble adjusting to our kitchen. She was fun, personable and kept the atmosphere light and entertaining. She gave us some great tips and really let us do the work with some direction but it felt very natural and smooth. The menu was scrumptious . Highly recommend and hope to do it again sometime!

Thank you Chef Mike and your wife Mrs. Sheree, so much for coming into my home and providing me with such an amazing experience. Anyone who knows me you knows I love to eat, and chicken and waffles are one of my favorite things to eat. Not only are you kind and funny but you are a culinary wizard!
