My girlfriend and I had an absolute blast with Chef Chris. Very informative when instructing what to do and why its done the way it is. Food was great the environment was cozy. I would definitely recommend Chef Chris to anyone looking for that 1 on 1 personal Chef experience.

We were welcomed into Chef ChrisвЂ™s house and all the ingredients were set up. The small class was intimate and friendly. Chef kept us focused with clear instructions to create an incredible cooking/dining experience. Fresh ingredients, intimate atmosphere, knowledgeable chef = great experience. Highly recommend this for couples and/or good friends.

I surprised my boyfriend with the Italian Farm to Table meal taught by Chef Tish. It was a fantastic evening. Chef Tish was a wonderful host. Her home is very comfortable for a variety of personalities. We both loved the food and picked up all kind of tips and tricks that chefs use. It was interesting that the the professionalism and knowledge of Chef Tish stood out the most to my boyfriend, however I embraced her warm and fun loving soul the most. Needless to say, she is the whole package. The word must be getting out because she seems to book up quick. Well worth the wait. I cant recommend her enough :)

Chris was a revelation. We went into this experience not knowing what to expect and were so happily surprised. Had no idea a cooking class could be so much fun! He was part of the experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and great company. Along with this the food was incredible. Suggest a million times. Will go again and bringing friends.

This was a one of a kind dining experience! The Cajun themed food was exquisite and could be defined as comfortable gourmet. Chef Latisha was so knowledgeable and her international experience really came through the food. She was also very friendly, bubbly, and warm. Highly recommend!

I've taken a few cooking classes in the past but this is the first one that has inspired me to go out and buy new kitchen equipment in order to replicate the delicious food we had.

LatishaвЂ™s Place was small, cozy, intimate and very comfortable. She welcomed us right in and made us feel right at home. Not as hands on as we liked for it to be but she was very informative about all of her techniques and all of the ingredients she was using. Every single course was amazing, especially the avocado toast!! IвЂ™d definitely book with Chef Tish again and recommend others to book with her as well.

What a great experience!! We were celebrating my wifeвЂ™s birthday. Chris was early and had everything we needed to create a wonderful meal. He is a great teacher and took the time to teach us why we did something versus just having us do it. The meal, cooking and conversation made this an A++ experience. Chef Latisha was absolutely great! We had our Cozymeal experience at her home with another couple and it was such a fun date night. Chef Latisha was a lot of fun. The music was good, we danced, we talked and we were educated on the type of food we were preparing. To top it off, the food was Amazing! We had a great experience!! It was so much fun to learn some new dishes, learn a little about Italian cooking, while socializing with our good friends. Chris was so much fun to get to know, and to have in our home, and he added to the experience. The food was excellent. Preparing the various dishes was educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this experience , it is a very unique to be part of the cooking process, rather than being served. The best testimony I can give is that we would do it again.

Chef Latisha was everything we wanted for our date night and more! Welcomed us with open arms into her home which was set up to entertain all night! Fun loving atmosphere - cannot say enough great things about this woman! Hilarious and was herself the entire night, fun loving and collaborative. Phenomenal teacher with tons of experience (over qualified if you ask me!) Chef walked us through every step and definitely helped sharpen our cooking skills. The end result of the food was second to none - one of the best meals I have had in a long long time. The salmon with the grits and the Chorizo and sundried tomato sauce was the best Cajun combination we have ever had. I even took the grits home to hold onto the great dish. And the cobbler - oh mama! Spectacular from start to finish. The course led to a close and intimate experience that my significant other and myself have been raving about ever since. Our favorite event of the week! Go to Chef Tish - you wonвЂ™t be disappointed in the slightest. Thank you again!

Chef LatishaвЂ™s Cajun experience was truly a wonderful experience. Chef was very prompt and knowledgeable answering any questions my mother and I had during our lesson- boy did we have a lot of questions. She has a wonderful way of storytelling as she walks us through the steps to prep & cook the food and by the time we were done, our bellies were full and hearts light! We will be booking Chef Latisha again and whatever experience she offers next!
