We absolutely loved our experience with Chef Beee at CozyMeal! She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to international cuisine. We really appreciated that she was plant-based herselfâ€”it made the whole experience feel so natural and thoughtful. What stood out most was how eager she was to teach and share her knowledge and culinary skills. We learned so much while enjoying an amazing meal, and her passion for food and culture really came through in everything she prepared. Chef Beee was a joy to have in our home, and weâ€™re already looking forward to having her back again. We couldnâ€™t recommend her more highly!

Honestly this was the most wonderful experience! Chef Diervion felt like he was a part of the family and was so helpful on explaining techniques and simple solutions to make your meal experience tasty and leave memorial impact on your tastebuds. I honestly will never forget this event. It was so special and it was due to Chef Diervionâ€™s patent/ kind approach to each lesson. I will definitely do this again trying another cultural food experience with Chef Diervionâ€¦.hopefully a Cajun dish!!

We had an amazing time at her cooking class for my girlfriendâ€™s birthday such a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish. She was patient, organized, and made everything easy to follow while still teaching real techniques, so it felt hands-on without being stressful. The menu was perfect: the miso soup with silken tofu and seaweed was comforting and flavorful, and the Poke Bowl Fusion was honestly the highlight super creative with the â€œvegan unagi eelâ€ and the tomato nigiri. The sesame ginger edamame salad was fresh, light, and had the perfect soy dressing, and the matcha coconut panna cotta with fresh berries was the best way to end the class. We left full, happy, and proud of what we made. Highly recommend booking her if you want a unique date idea, a birthday activity, or just a really good experience with great food.

What a wonderful experience with Chef Jarvis! Going into the evening I was skeptical about what to expect due to the dinner being a Pacific rim theme and me being allergic to seafood. I figured I would atleast go and see what the experience was like. I have to say that after completing the evening I have a new found joy for cooking! Chef Jarvis was very accommodating to my allergy and I was able to enjoy the sushi along with everyone else. The cooking demonstration, flavors, plating and humor that was all apart of the evening was top notch! Chef Jarvis is clearly knowledgeable, creative and has a good eye for flavors and pairings. I highly recommend Cozy Meal and look forward to enjoying similar experiences in the future!
