Chef Shahida teaches the basic techniques to make sushi rolls completely from scratch.
Join Chef Shahida for this comprehensive introductory class on making professional sushi using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You'll learn how to slice and dice vegetables and fish, make homemade sushi rice and hand-roll your very own sushi.
Begin by preparing sushi rice and enjoying a spiced edamame starter. Then, get to rolling sushi using your choice of fresh produce, nori seaweed and assorted fish, including smoked salmon, salmon belly, sashimi tuna or shrimp.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
