Had a blast with Sydney for our Valentin'e Day dinner! She did a great job explaining and teaching some of the cooking methods while giving us enough leeway to leisurely enjoy the process. I was nervous about having someone in my home and the potential for it to feel awkward but Sydney was an absolute pleasure and I can't wait to try another meal soon!

My daughter registered me for the Savory Breads from Around the World class for my birthday. I am so glad she did! Chef Cameron was very encouraging and answered all of our questions. He explained the science behind bread, showed us different techniques, and made sure we didn't burn the building down! All of the breads and the dukkah we made turned out beautiful and delicious. If you haven't had the pleasure of dipping your bread in olive oil then in dukkah, you are missing out! Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to signing up for my next class.

We cooked what was on the menu, plus some really delicious shrimp. The pace was a bit hectic, and I'm not sure I caught everything, but it was fun to make things with a group and chat with other people, and we made some really good food that I want to make again. Chef Andy was very personable and knowledgeable.

Chef Ashley thought through everything we needed for a beginner sushi making lesson. The staff at Sur Le Tableb were welcoming. I highly recommend Chef Ashley's class.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.

Chef Tiff was absolutely great! We had her come for a surprise event for our daughters 18th birthday with her best friends. She arrived early to get prepared, brought everything with her and was relaxed, knowledgeable with an easy approach to cooking. She made it fun and so tasty. It was great to learn about all of Chef Tiff's other cooking adventures and skills and I would definitely recommend her for an event or something fun to do. It was a fun evening that was a unique birthday idea that was enjoyed by all.

Cameron was our chef. We had steak with a red wine shallot reduction, twice baked potatoes, arugula pear salad with chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fun as well as delicious. My husband, who is not a cook would definitely do another class. I have decades of cooking experience and still learned a few things. All around is was a great experience.

He was so proud of himself and brought dinner home for his family. Just watching his joy in cooking was the best! I also learned techniques. The chefs were so positive and helpful. Chef Tiff was amazing! My husband and I had a wonderful time, and for the first time (after years of trying) we finally made successful spring rolls. She made it incredibly easy, was very respectful to us and our kitchen, and we certainly will be taking additional classes from her in the future. 10/10 would recommend anyone to book her services!

We also learned A LOT about some of the science in cooking...Chef Tiff definitely knows her stuff!! We also learned a few new techniques....like how to cut an onion so that it doesn't make you cry!! The meal turned out incredibly yummy too! You can't go wrong with Chef Tiff....just book her and get ready to learn....and be hungry!! :)
