In this cooking class, Chef Diervion will provide expert knowledge on the delicate steps needed to create these incredibly flavorful dishes. You'll never need to order takeout again after learning how to prepare beef onigiri. Then, sautÃ© beef to perfection with soy sauce, eel sauce and topped with green onions. For dessert, Chef Diervion will show you how to make Japanese coffee jelly with chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Honestly this was the most wonderful experience! Chef Diervion felt like he was a part of the family and was so helpful on explaining techniques and simple solutions to make your meal experience tasty and leave memorial impact on your tastebuds. I honestly will never forget this event. It was so special and it was due to Chef Diervionâ€™s patent/ kind approach to each lesson. I will definitely do this again trying another cultural food experience with Chef Diervionâ€¦.hopefully a Cajun dish!!

Chef Diervion has a love for teaching culinary. He is very descriptive when he is walking you through a process. I learned from him how to make a homemade hollandaise which is a sauce I have always been wanting to learn. His friendly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
