We learned to make fresh pasta, and it went great with the fresh truffle sauce. The lollipop lamb chops were great with the course, and the wine pairing was perfect.

Luca was awesome and the food was delicious!! We enjoyed having him.

We had a very nice time with Chef Luca. He was very personable and talkative, with a lot of energy. The food was really good, not too complicated to make, and he got us involved in the process pretty much the whole time. He also shared some good basic tips for cooking similar types of foods, which is something that will be helpful in the future. I would definitely recommend Chef Luca to others!!

Truly a great experience! The dinner was extremely interactive and educational with amazing food. Luca was personable and genuinely excited to teach about not only making the food, but also the science and history behind it. Cannot recommend him enough!

The experience could not have been better! Chef Luca made the whole process fun from beginning to end. The food was phenomenal and we learned a lot throughout the class. He even shared where to get some of the best ingredients so we can make the dishes again ourselves. Can't wait to have him back for another one!

Chef Luca was absolutely amazing, and the food was divine! He was very accommodating despite us having a tiny apartment, and made the experience so fun with his wit and humor. Beginner or not, Chef Luca makes sure you can participate and I cannot recommend him enough! Come with your stomachs empty and be prepared for a wonderful time filled with laughter and the best truffle-y pasta ever.
