What You’ll Do

Get ready to embark on a culinary journey to Naples, Italy with Chef Luca.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca, you will learn how to master traditional techniques for making authentic Neapolitan pizza and other popular street food fare found in Naples.

Chef Luca will begin by teaching you how to build a classic Italian bruschetta appetizer with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Then, you will learn how to prepare Neapolitan pizza from scratch using traditional methods and ingredients from Naples. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with homemade chocolate gelato for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luca was fabulous. He was funny, engaging, explained everything as we went and helped us make great pizza. I would definitely take another class with him.

Chef Luca made the evening so fantastic. The food was so fresh and delicious. He helped to answer questions that we had and shared his expertise so that we would feel comfortable making it on our own. We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend Chef Luca and this experience to anyone.

Chef Luca was amazing! He is knowledgeable, patient, entertaining, and an excellent teacher and chef! He showed us how to make some incredible pizza and we hope to have him back for a pasta making class. You'll have a great time!
