Chef Luca's class was a delight! He was easy to coordinate with in arranging the class, he was thoroughly prepared, brought the highest quality ingredients (all prepped), and was super entertaining and knowledgeable. We will definitely book with Chef Luca again!

This class was fantastic! Chef Tish was so personable and knowledgable as she welcomed us into her home and taught us how to cook Italian small plates. It was an entertaining and engaging night for my parents and us. We learned so much and had a great time. While it was small plates, we left VERY full and with some leftovers. Everyone was making mmms and wows and ohmygods sounds as we finally tried the food we'd helped prepare. We couldn't stop talking about the food and how much fun we had the whole way home, and I imagine that its a night we'll be talking about for a while!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like family. We had a group cooking class and ended up meeting the best people and became family by the end of the night. Chef Luca was absolutely amazing, and the food was divine! He was very accommodating despite us having a tiny apartment, and made the experience so fun with his wit and humor. Beginner or not, Chef Luca makes sure you can participate and I cannot recommend him enough! I gave this experience as a gift to my husband and we were so excited about it for weeksвЂ¦ Chef Luca did not disappoint. HeвЂ™s charismatic, engaging, and educational. We learned so much more than just how to prepare a meal, we learned about how to find quality ingredients; why certain ingredients are better (got to taste the proof,) and where to easily find them. He made it fun and easy, even gave us tips on how to help get our very picky kids to eat more healthy mealsвЂ¦ and they actually worked. Yes, the food was euphoric, well presented, and well prepared, but more than that, I feel like we got a full Italian experience. Great food, great wine, and great company. I canвЂ™t wait to share our new culinary skills with our friends. WeвЂ™ve been raving about the whole experience since, but I also am so excited that I have found a unique gift I can give my friends and family, something to not just be placed on a shelf, but an immersive experience that will not be soon forgotten.
