What You’ll Do

Get a kick out of this class with Chef Latisha's spunky and saucy Cajun specialties.

In this hands-on class, Chef Latisha will share with you three of her signature dishes featuring big, bold Cajun flavors and gourmet ingredients that will breathe new life into your weekly dinner routine.

Chef Latisha will begin by showing you how to take simple avocado toast to a whole new level with spiced crab. Then, you will learn Chef Latisha’s signature Cajun salmon and decadent smoked gouda grits served with a sun-dried tomato chorizo sauce. For dessert, a boozy bourbon peach cobbler with fresh whipped cream and luscious salted caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Latisha is currently the head chef and nutrition director at a prestigious K-12 school for gifted learners where she created and established a farm-to-school nutrition program. She's also responsible for the instruction and curriculum of the culinary arts classes. Chef Latisha donates a generous amount of her time and skills to volunteering, and has also been a contestant on Food Network's "Guy’s Grocery Games!"

Chef Latisha was amazing. She clearly described every steps and role of all the ingredients making it easy for anyone to be able replicate a really the food. Everything tasted a lot better than a lot of high end restaurant in Atlanta.

Chef Latisha was absolutely great! We had our Cozymeal experience at her home with another couple and it was such a fun date night. Chef Latisha was a lot of fun. The music was good, we danced, we talked and we were educated on the type of food we were preparing. To top it off, the food was Amazing! She is truly a great chef and she has a 5-star rating for a reason. I'd highly recommend taking one of her classes and we look forward to the next Cozymeal experience with her.

Chef Latisha's class was an absolute delight! Her expertise in the culinary arts shone through as she guided us through a gastronomic journey like no other.
