Chef Megan delivered an exceptional culinary experience for me and three colleagues during our Cozymeal class. In a warm and cozy setting, she guided us through preparing a delicious, wholesome meal from scratch—including black bean party hummus, arugula salad with fresh strawberries, quinoa salad, roasted salmon fillet, and a no-bake blueberry delight dessert. Chef Megan was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she kept us laughing from start to finish. Her personality brought such a warm, fun energy to the experience, and she made everyone in the group feel engaged and included. The cooking process was interactive and hands-on—she made sure each person had the opportunity to participate and try different techniques. She explained every step clearly and shared helpful tips we can use at home. The recipe itself was incredibly detailed and thoughtful, listing every ingredient and its purpose. The end result was a delicious, healthy dinner that exceeded expectations. We had such a great time and learned so much. I highly recommend Chef Megan to anyone looking for an enjoyable, informative, and entertaining culinary experience! We will definitely be booking with her again!
