WHAT YOU’LL DO
Enjoy a night at the opera with your Valentine while cooking a romantic meal together.
In this hands-on class with Italian-trained Chef Chris, you and your significant other will learn how to prepare a gourmet five-course Italian menu and enjoy being serenaded by an Italian opera singer and classical pianist during dinner.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this Valentine's Day class include sourdough crostini with burrata and roasted grapes, Champagne risotto with pan-seared scallops and Pecorino cheese and a pear and chocolate lava cake with cinnamon and hazelnuts.
Add-on options for an additional charge: Flowers, caviar, chocolates and chocolate-covered strawberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Chef Chris was incredible! I booked a session with him for my girlfriend's birthday and she absolutely had a blast. From beginning to end, Chef Chris was friendly and knowledgeable in all the courses we were learning to cook. Every single dish was DELICIOUS and super easy to make! We also were treated with a nice opera performance by his talented hubby. 10/10 we would recommend anyone that is interested in doing something fun, interactive and in search of a cute date idea.

Our second class with Chef Chris was nothing short of AMAZING! Chef Chris is funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of cooking techniques. My wife and I first experienced his talent during our anniversary dinner and loved it so much that we booked him again for a birthday celebration.

We had the Authenic Coastal Flavors for the 4 of us. I cannot tell you how pleased we were the entire meal and experience. Chris was wonderful - he showed up and went right to work. We had Caesar Salad with the most delicious homemade dressing. The homemade Fettuccine was the best I have ever had, and the lemon sorbet was perfect. Everything was perfect, I attend with my sister, and we had a wonderful time. Chef Chris shared the names of some restaurants nearby that I plan to try out, he also made me want to visit Italy asap and take a cooking class while there.
