Learn to take your meals to the next level with a little fresh garden flair.
In this hands-on class with Chef Megan, you will learn how to prepare an impressive four-course feast featuring flavors and ingredients that are fresh from the garden, deeply nourishing and excellent for entertaining.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to making include a garden Caprese salad with tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, balsamic vinaigrette and fresh basil for added depth of flavor, as well as unbelievably juicy and flavorful lamb meatballs with a refreshing and tangy tzatziki dipping sauce sidekick.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
