Cooking Class - A Traditional Taste of Tuscany

Savor traditional Tuscan techniques and flavors with Italian-trained Chef Chris.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Chris will help you master traditional Tuscan cuisine by preparing an incredible four-course feast.
No land is more in tune with the fruits of its fertile earth than Tuscany. Local, seasonal and sustainable is the name of the game in a region famed for fruity olive oil, verdant vegetables and wild game. Under the guidance of Chef Chris, you'll explore the traditions of Tuscany as you learn how to make pasta from scratch and enjoy an authentic panna cotta crowned with rosemary-infused salted caramel for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.
