WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master the art of sushi rolling and knife skills in this fun, hands-on workshop.
Forget the grocery store plastic containers. This sushi making class is about finally figuring out the science behind a roll that stays together. The class starts with a deep dive into the rice, because if the rice isn't right, the sushi isn't either. After nailing the seasoning, it’s time for some serious knife work with mango, avocado and cucumber.

Then comes the main event: the rolling. You'll learn the "tuck and tension" secret to building a delicious California roll and a veggie roll. By the time the mats are put away, there’s a full handmade sushi dinner ready to be devoured and a brand-new skill to show off at your next house party.
Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
