Get to grips with the art of chocolate making in this decadent chef-led lesson.
If you’ve always wondered whether you have what it takes to make crave-worthy confections in your own kitchen, this beginner-friendly cooking class is your chance to find out. In it, a world-class chef will teach you all of the fundamental skills you need to know, before showing you the ropes to create not just one, but three choice chocolate treats.

You’ll make your very own chocolate bars and lollipops, before getting hands-on with decadent handmade truffles with your own choice of toppings. Learn new techniques, taste incredible dishes and gain confidence in the kitchen - book now!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked the class Classics from Peru with Chef Salvador

Chef Salvador was fantastic. We took his cooking class in my home and he was a great teacher. He made Peruvian Ceviche, Aji de Gallina Causa, Lomo Saltado, and Suspiro à la Limena. He gave us some new food preparation tips and was a pleasure to have in my home. He came right on time and connected with each guest right away. At the end of the evening, it seems like I had just turned around and the kitchen, which was full of great Peruvian dishes, was suddenly spotless. I would definitely recommend Chef Salvador for your next event.
